I enjoyed the stay and the space was perfect for me and my family.

Room was fine. The room above me was SO LOUD, jumping off beds at 230am. That turned into them creating a flood in their room that leaked down into my room and thus making me change rooms and the hotel didn't even call to notify me while I was out of the room. After discussing with the manager, all I got was free breakfast, which I didn't even use. To me, being a long time loyal platinum member, this is not acceptable. The cost of the room was WAY over valued and will not return. I've stayed at this hotel 4 or 5 times.

Love the way the Courtyard Marriot is built it looks like luxury hotel and rooms are very clean and comfortable as well.

A whirlpool tub in a couple of the suites and this place would be my ultimate stay in Cartersville!!

Clean property. Surprised by the self parking fee. Just another way to fleece customers…use caution when making reservations now, guess you have to ask if there any hidden or miscellaneous fees now, sad.

Costing things to room tab, staff was scary....needed to take images of every receipt.

Very nice and clean The shower would just throw water everywhere because there was no door so water just flooded the bathroom
