Location Didn’t get fresh towels and wasn’t told that housekeeping was every other day. Also asked for a 3am wake up call which didn’t happen. Result: missed my flight and had to pay $200 for flight change. The staff confirmed that they would give the wake up call but didn’t.

I enjoyed the stay and the space was perfect for me and my family.

Room was fine. The room above me was SO LOUD, jumping off beds at 230am. That turned into them creating a flood in their room that leaked down into my room and thus making me change rooms and the hotel didn't even call to notify me while I was out of the room. After discussing with the manager, all I got was free breakfast, which I didn't even use. To me, being a long time loyal platinum member, this is not acceptable. The cost of the room was WAY over valued and will not return. I've stayed at this hotel 4 or 5 times.

Love the way the Courtyard Marriot is built it looks like luxury hotel and rooms are very clean and comfortable as well.
