Inside ...flooring missind..ceiling cracked with piece missing...mold by microwave...bathroom door chewed up.

The pictures didn't match the room. And I had to pay extra for a non smokeing room because the ac was broken in the non smoking room which I found weird because you'd think you'd get a discount for haveing to switch rooms rather than pay extra.

It was just very run down and not maintained.

There was no shampoo, the remote didn't work, a roach was in my shower at one point. The blankets have burn holes all over, there is no waffles are breakfast, and the staff always has some complaint if you talk to them or go down for breakfast.

Non- smoking but strong cigarette smell of the room welcomed our arrival as soon as I opened the door. It was smelly dirty , the AC unit is full of dust, I am imagining breathing nasty air

The hotel was absolutely disgusting. Ice maker did not work. There was a man laying out side clearly overdosing on drugs, ambulance and police were there upon arrival, Room had a live cock roaches in the air conditioning unit. Would never stay again.

This has to be one of the worst Hotels I have ever stayed in. My son's room had poop stains on the couch and dust all over the room. The room was absolutely filthy with bugs all over. My room also was full of dust and Cobb webs all over the room. The door handle for the adjoining room was falling out and bent out of shape. The entire property is in complete disrepair. Don't waste your money with this place. The Health Department has been notified....
