The staff at the desk were awful. The maids were very pleasant tho. But the staff at the desk wouldn’t help me by with my physical disabled granpa. I requested putting him on a lower floor they said yes. Once I paid they told me too bad and they wouldn’t let me move rooms or check out. They then proceeded to put me on the second floor. I asked if I could move maybe tomorrow they said yes with a up charge. I should have been able to move anyway there were wrappers on floor plus the tv didn’t work and the sheets were dirty. I hated this experience so much I didn’t even finish my stay

Every thing was nice, accept for the loud vehicles outside; which I know has nothing to do with the hotel. One of the main things I really liked was the fact that I could buy bottled water, and that there was a refrigerator in the room to keep them cold. Nothing I could think of.

You get what you pay for. If you aren’t looking for anything fancy and just somewhere to lay your head at night, this is one of the better choices.

The location of the hotel was very convenient to many places. The room was perfectly suited for us…clean, comfortable and quiet. The hotel offered a nice Continental Breakfast with really good coffee! The staff were very nice and friendly!

I was surprised how clean everything was. For the price it was a good deal. I would stay there again.

The hotel was clean and decent. The area has lots of restaurants near maybe 3-8 minutes away from the hotel. There pool was nice and clean too.

The room smells humid and someone were smoking weed even though that was non smoking area
