no handyman on duty Was told I could come get a plunger and fix it myself I’m handicapped had to convince front desk to bring me the plunger cuz I couldn’t walk that far Had to plunger toilet several times Not happy

There were a few minor things that needed to be fixed, but other than that, this is the place we always stay at when we visit Cartersville,GA

The hotel is under renovation. We stayed on a floor that was being painted and work was going on. Our room had been partly renovated. The paint and sheet rock were sloppy and our door to our room stuck and would stay open if you didn't shove it pretty hard. The beds were good and it was clean. The staff was very nice. We just caught them in the middle of growing pains.

The hotel had workers painting. There was a sign visible at check in however nothing was mentioned when booking. My family and I woke up the drilling and screw driving for a few hours while they took down items off the wall to paint.

Older property but very clean, cosmetic conditions don’t constitute cleanliness. Staff was amazing and rooms very clean

The hallways need to be painted and ice machines only had ice 1 day. Our room wall around the A/C unit need the gap filled in and painted. For the most part the beds were ok and the water in the shower was was hot.

There were discarded bath tubs in the back parking lot near the exit. It was obvious from the debris around them that they had been there for a while. The room had fruit flies and staff stated there were no blankets for let out couch bed...neither were there extra pillows.

Stayed here for my son’s 7v7 and it was just right for what was needed

Breakfast was amazing The people on third floor was so loud, and inconsiderate. Did not get a good sleep.
