Very accommodating ! We needed to check in earlier in the day as well as check out a few days later than expected. No problem either day.

Quiet clean hotel at the furthest reaches of town amongst four or five other hotels. Easy access, easy parking, couple great restaurants nearby. Straight shot to downtown from main boulevard in front of hotel complex. Average breakfast. Rooms VERY spacious which is always nice. Bed a little tired and needs new mattress as one tends to roll to the center. Would definitely stay in tjis brand again.

The young man who checked us in was amazing. So friendly and helpful. The beds were good. It was clean. It's been a long time since I stayed in a Best Western. I was pleasantly surprised. The air didn't seem to be working right. It was on but never got really cool and the covers were too heavy. Having said that, we slept well.

The hotel was so clean and comfortable. We have never stayed at a hotel with such a clean bathroom.

The beds were super comfortable with the exception of the sofa bed. It was the worst mattress we have ever felt with the ability to feel every spring. My son said the floor was better. I still gave 5 stars because we loved everything else, but they definitely need to upgrade the sofa beds. Breakfast was great & the pool was great!

The hotel and room were clean. The room was. Comfortable and the staff were friendly. This location charges for parking in their lot. This was not mentioned prior to making the reservation. Also someone was revving a very loud engine in the middle of the night.

Recommend safety bars in bathrooms and showers. Toilets are low difficult for elderly to get up
