This made things much more difficult, especially while everyone was trying to take showers and we were relying on the TV to keep my child occupied.

Instead the reservation was across town, in a much less location. Not so bad, the place was older, and clean, the staff was nice. Problem arise in the morning, when I discovered that hundreds of dollars of equipment had been stolen from my motorcycle. Not the hotel's fault, but a shady neighborhood.

Check in with the evening staff was quick which was a good start ... We booked a night here as a stop-off on our road trip, Out of the 12 hotels we stayed in, this was the worse. We just needed a place to sleep, have a shower and breakfast before hitting the road again. Unfortunately, we only got 1 out of 3 - We woke up to no water and a flippant/dismissive morning staff member not knowing when it would be back on so no shower. We went to have breakfast and the same staff member was just as flippant about a lack of coffee and juice! At this point we gave up and left early :(

Nice place to stay to get rested for our next day. Front desk was excellent Parking was tight, but we were AOK. Bed was comfortable and bathroom clean

This hotel is a shell that hides old infrastructure and you will not have basics like HOT WATER. Regrets are many here.

The property is an older one, so there were a few things that were showing its age. However, everything was clean and functional. Our room included a mini fridge with a freezer box. Breakfast was good and the staff were great to work with.

The front desk area was so hot! I was impressed that the employee was as pleasant as she was since she was working in a sauna!

Bathrooms are really small. One family member hit his head twice on the bars in the bathroom. Bathtub is not normal size.

No one seemed to have keys that worked to be in rooms on the top floor

Everything was ok. Nothing spectacular. Got moved rooms to be on the bottom floor which had its window on the same level as the parking area. Didn't feel great but a quick sleep and I was on the road again. No one seemed to have keys that worked to be in rooms on the top floor

The hotel was older and not as updated, bit clean and functional. The staff were great and breakfast was good.
