The Homewood Suites in Cathedral City is my new go-to place when I stay in the Palm Springs area. The room was spacious and comfortable - truly like a second home. The breakfast was fresh and hot, and the cashless "store" made getting a bottle of Coke quick and easy. As I told Christina at the front desk when I checked out this morning, I'll definitely be back! 😊 😊 😊 😊 😊

Loved our stay here this past week. It was clean, bed and pillows were comfortable. Location was great& quiet. Close to casinos, lots of restaurant options . Lots of parking (although I wasn’t expecting to pay $10/night). Loved the water pressure in the shower! Great relaxing stay. Appreciate Christina who checked us in. She was very friendly and helpful when we asked if we can get a room at a higher floor and ended up with mountain views too!

Good overall experience. I just prefer a softer bed and this one was very very firm. Otherwise a great stay.

fruits, pastries —gives me the same warm feeling as having breakfast at home. The front desk team is always so professional and quick to help making every check-in smooth and easy. And the housekeeping ladies deserve a huge thank -you for keeping my room spotless and comfortable every single day. Stay was very good. Staff were friendly. Room service or house keeping can improve. But not it was good. Will stay again.

The front desk employee, “LeLe,” was incredibly rude and unprofessional. She was impolite, dismissive, and made no effort to help resolve a simple issue. I understand that misunderstandings happen, but customer service starts with treating guests with kindness and respect. The issue was that my reservation was under a different last name. She insisted there was nothing that could be done for “two hours” because it wouldn’t appear in her system. Rather than trying to help or offering any solutions, she had a negative attitude throughout the interaction. I opened the Expedia app, updated the reservation myself, and within less than five minutes everything was resolved and we were able to check into our room. What was most disappointing wasn’t the reservation issue itself, it was the way we were treated. If we had more time, we would have canceled our stay entirely because of the experience at check-in. It’s unfortunate because we’ve had positive stays here in the past, but this interaction left such a poor impression that we would not choose to stay here again. LeLe is definitely not an employee you should have greeting guests at check in .

I just found that the microwave was broken and the top of the fridge dusty but besides that I will recommend it to my friends and family.

Great breakfast buffet, nice pool area. Lovely patio for sitting by the fire pit which we didn't need in June. Cheap Uber/Lyft from the airport and several cafes within two miles. They had bike rentals but we didn't do that. Very comfy beds and nice blackout curtains. Good lobby for hanging out with family in other rooms.

Every thing was pleasant. The only drawback was the A/C was quite loud.

I shall be staying here in the future

Everything was up to wife's expectations this is our 2nd time here and everything was great.
