Homewood Suites by Hilton Cathedral City Palm Springs

We always stay at this hotel and we never had a problem. It’s clean, quiet, and A/C works fine.

Good clean room ..water was too hot in the showers

Overall it was really clean and enjoyed my stay

The employees were kind and helpful. Suggestions for the pool area have music surrounding and more lounging chairs :)

Everything was amazing with the exception of NO lawn chairs around the pool. Definitely will stay again but lawn chairs are desperately needed.

Room was clean but on arrival smelled like bug spray. Hallways are warm and smelled like dog. Breakfast was pretty much the same every day but decent. Kitchenette was stocked with everything you needed to cook. Walls are thin.

The pool is perfect and clean

Breakfast was amazing. It was slightly different every day. We really enjoyed having a full breakfast every morning. The pool was clean and the water was warm. The BBQ area was nice and they have a very small gold putting area. Housekeeping is done every second day of your stay, which is nice. On Wednesday nights they have “Welcome Home Wednesday” where they have charcuterie boards and salads, light refreshments , and sweet treats for the guests. It was nice having a kitchen in the room and even nicer that it was fully stocked with dishes, pots and pans, and utensils. There is a laundry room, and gym available for guests to use as well. Parking is ample but keep in mind that you pay $10 a day and it’s deducted from your deposit once you check out. We loved staying here and highly recommend.

The hotel is in a quiet area and pretty big lot, the only thing is that they don’t tell you that they will charge you for the parking.

washers could be cleaned and ready at all times, as one or two of them are often out of order. Other than that, everything has been wonderful. I’ve been staying at Homewood Suites in Cathedral City California for almost five months now, and I’m happy to say it’s truly the best or nothing. Thank you for your attention to this.

Great hotel and staff were very friendly. The breakfast was good and the location was also very convenient to golf and airport.

Breakfast was good needs more seasoning. Last day at the hotel was a bit frustrating during breakfast I was finishing my last waffle on the machine and as I’m waiting one of the staff members turned off the machine because he was rushing us out of the area knowingly we were waiting on the 1 waffle. I explained to him there was 30 seconds left on the waffle resulting it not to be cooked properly. He corrected it and brought more batter and allowed us to redo the waffle. I see by him rushing us resulted more time redoing the waffle instead of just waiting a few seconds. My food I had waiting by the side became cold so I was frustrated on the service in that moment. But I did enjoy my time here. Thank you!

Nice staff, good amenities

Fabulous kitchen/sitting room/bedroom suite. Excellent breakfast. Great staff, Great gym and pool. Not much else to add - absolutely no complaints at all.
