Worldmark Cathedral City

As I arrive to this location ( which I reserve in advance and call to confirm my reservation 2 days before the arrival ) they mention to me that they relocated me without informing me at all. I was traying to figure out why they did that over the phone for more than an hour. And the front staff they just provide me with a phone number to call. - terrible experience

This was a very nice property, very clean, quiet, and conveniently located for the tennis tournament. We plan to return next year.

Never made this stay because I had reserved a one bedroom unit months before… and two days before my trip they called to downgrade me which I found extremely rude and poor customer service so I canceled the entire reservation and went elsewhere.

Very quiet and safe

The one bedroom was huge! Great kitchen. Bring a good knife and Tupperware for leftovers. Seriously everything you need, grills, pool, hot tub, ping pong at the pool. Awesome resort!

Some of the electricity outlets did not work, some of the dishes were not clean.

Facility was good. Check in and out was poor. My room was changed due to our request but the room number was not assigned correctly so the room key did not work and we had to go to the front desk multiple times to get a new key. An unauthorized charge showed up on my credit card and when I called the front desk, they would not tell me what it was for and they said they would reverse it but was not. Had to open a claim with bank for fraud investigation.

Very nice and clean. Loved kitchen area and laundry access and the pool area. Only stayed 2 nights but no wifi unless you paid $49 for 10 nights access.No satellite Tv, only few channels on Live TV. The tv had capability to use google cast and watch Netflix if you have that membership. I didnt use any of that since I don't have unlimited data in my phone plan and didn't want to pay fee for wifi.

Friendly staff and answered all our questions.

I canceled this reservation but have not received the credit as promised. Sounds like a scam.
