Beachwalker Inn and Suites

I always have an amazing stay here. The location is perfect, so close to all surrounding beaches!

Very clean room. Comfortable bed. We booked a room with kitchen,bet the room was very dark under a staircase. So the manager moved us to another room. No kitchen,but plenty of light. Fireplace was a nice plus. Plenty of parking. Dog friendly. Walkable to beach and restaurants.

Terrible i paint coming off walls , flooring coming up , something had been torn off bathroom wall, garbage piled up outside window by bed , sketchy laundromat next door Everything

Staff is excellent - responsive and helpful. I love that one could really be self contained in a suite - kitchen really well stocked. Maintenance could be stepped up. I stayed in the same room last year and the wall where plumbing was repaired was still unpainted. Lots of little chips and dings ought to be spruced up.

Affordable and comfortable stay. Walking distance to beach, restaurants and shopping. Loved the property’s pup Lucky. Love that dogs are allowed. Friendly and helpful staff. Next door to a laundry mat which is nice for long stays at the beach. Stayed on first floor and could clearly hear second floor occupants. Not carpeted rooms so can hear footsteps on the floor above. Was quite loud.

The stay was great. Owner very friendly and helpful. continental breakfast and grassy area or designated area for dogs.

Noisy. Below us was a family with multiple young kids. Running and screaming till after Midnight.

It was close to the beach, restaurants and shopping. It was perfect walking distance. The room was awesome, it was like a little apt. Can’t think of anything that I didn’t like.

Excellent location and value Sound carries through the walls

THE HOTEL HAD WHAT WE NEEDED. THE REFRIGERATOR IS OVERSIZED WHICH WAS FANTASTIC BECAUSE WE BRING LUNCH MEET AND PLASTIC ICE BLOCKS THAT FIT IN OUR ICE CHEST. THE BED IS COMFORTABLE, LINENS, And PILLOWS. THE LIGHTING IS SPECTACULAR. They give you Starbucks pods. AC was perfect. We never used the gas fire place. The soap etc. wasn't luxury but provided and enough for a weekend in Cayucos. There isn't a bbq available, the fire pit is being repaired, so no chairs or a view to see. The ice is outside. Parking is small but some provided behind and a lit walkway to go around. Close to sea shanty. Everything is walking distance 5 to 15 minutes. The floor could be mopped better, but I always wear slippers or flip flops. I would stay again.

The property is very clean and the staff is friendly. Our room was cute and spacious and the beds were very comfortable. It’s located pretty close to everything. Very walkable area

It would have been nice to have a refrigerator in the room. Also the soap dispenser in the shower was empty.

We intentionally chose a pet-friendly hotel. This one was perfect for us. Parking was better than expected, with additional parking at the front and back of the hotel. The rooms were nice and clean. There is a cute, small sofa and two chairs in the rooms; possibly a wider sofa or an extra-comfy chair would make it just a bit more comfortable. Other than that, the staff was extremely kind and helpful. We will be staying here again as it worked for us when traveling with our pets.

Perfect short walk to the beach. Very comfortable and clean. I'll stay again for sure! Parking but not a big deal.
