THE HOTEL HAD WHAT WE NEEDED. THE REFRIGERATOR IS OVERSIZED WHICH WAS FANTASTIC BECAUSE WE BRING LUNCH MEET AND PLASTIC ICE BLOCKS THAT FIT IN OUR ICE CHEST. THE BED IS COMFORTABLE, LINENS, And PILLOWS. THE LIGHTING IS SPECTACULAR. They give you Starbucks pods. AC was perfect. We never used the gas fire place. The soap etc. wasn't luxury but provided and enough for a weekend in Cayucos. There isn't a bbq available, the fire pit is being repaired, so no chairs or a view to see. The ice is outside. Parking is small but some provided behind and a lit walkway to go around. Close to sea shanty. Everything is walking distance 5 to 15 minutes. The floor could be mopped better, but I always wear slippers or flip flops. I would stay again.

The property is very clean and the staff is friendly. Our room was cute and spacious and the beds were very comfortable. It’s located pretty close to everything. Very walkable area

It would have been nice to have a refrigerator in the room. Also the soap dispenser in the shower was empty.

Overall OK. Air condition unit was very noisey. Needs better pillows.

Coffee maker was a Hamilton beach, they could use a more consistent working unit. Unfortunately, the wall AC units, though they work well also drowned out the sound of the surf I was hoping to hear. The surf at Cyucous is smaller and doesn’t make the louder noise you can hear at Moro Bay or Pismo. Still, enjoyed our stay.

Very clean room. Well designed. The parking lot is very tight so be mindful if you have a truck or large vehicle. Bathroom was nice. Room had a fridge with freezer which was great. Bright lights in the parking lot (maybe too bright when trying to sleep). Overall good value for the money.

The staff has always been so friendly and accommodating which is why I decided to stay here again. The summer rates at this vacation location were also reasonable compared to several other locations in the area.

I would say the only negative was the floors looked cleaned but our socks and feet were dirty after walking on them without shoes. Housekeeping was efficient and did a great job. Parade route was right in front of the motel and we could sit on their elevated street side wall

Great location. Comfortable suite. The microwave was a mystery on how to make it work. The soap and shampoo products were ok but wish they didn’t have fragrance. The soap pump in the shower didn’t work. These are minor observations. Overall it was very nice.
