The staff is incredible.

Food was gourmet and cooked fresh to order. Hot cookies delivered to our room at night! Luxurious bedding, deep jetted tub. Nice little balcony with a decent view.

We will definitely visit again. I highly recommend this place.

The property is old, but that was to be expected. but it was dirty in the room, unclean, and there was a leaky shower. Countertops or dirty patio was full of cookie crumbs. The bed had dirty sheets on the bottom fitted sheet. They say they have two people checking it and they did not because how could they miss all of this? I couldn’t eat breakfast downstairs because of my medication timeline and they would not allow me to bring it upstairs to eat so I didn’t get any breakfast that was included in the bed and breakfast. They allow you to bring your luggage up and your coolers but they won’t let you bring a little breakfast. I can’t eat until after a certain time because of my medication I told them that they still refused. All of the above, and also the beaches were full of seaweed and unable to walk on. Filthy you couldn’t walk bare feet at all on the beach because it was full of wood pieces and bits of stuff that hurt your feet. And the seaweed was covered in little flies that swarmed everywhere. I came home early. I couldn’t stay another day. They tried to give me flowers for the inconveniences, but I was driving five hours to go back home. I wouldn’t have taken them anyway. A little too late.

The staff was very welcoming and nice, the location was great, walking distance to everything.

It was beautiful. It was located in a great spot right on the strip. The rooms were amazing. Everything was so clean and tidy. Everyone was very friendly. The pillows were super soft and comfy. I don’t think we have any complaints at all about this property. We would definitely go back again, but we will definitely go back

I liked the interior design, the welcoming staff, the location to the beach and town, and that parking was provided. Breakfast provided every morning was tasty, fresh, and the dining room was decorated to celebrate America's 250 with a touch of class. The menu had a nice variety of options. Freshly baked cookies delivered to my room in the evening was a lovely way to end the day. The beach access was basically a block. Great for surfing or simply reading a book! Morro Bay is minutes away as is Cambria, Harmony and San Luis Obispo. These are wonderful and charming places to visit! My only observation and need would have to have had larger drawer space for clothing.

The balcony views were beautiful. The breakfast was delicious and so is the coffee! Personnel is charming! The towels smelled fresh but the bed linens did not. I was charged for a beverage that I did Not consume. Not too happy about that!

The staff was great, the room was awesome,clean and comfortable. The stairs but that is because I need knee replacement on both knees. Other than that everything was good.

Super cute! Room was large with a jetted tub. You could easily walk to the beach, pier and several places to eat. We loved the breakfast.

Everything about our stay was wonderful. The room and facilities felt like home. Clean, comfortable, and the nightly chocolate chip cookie :). We loved it!

We had a lovely stay. Our room was enormous, with many amenities. Your bed was very comfortable. The staff was helpful. The welcome cookies they provided both days were fresh, home- made and delicious.
