Located on the beach, the hotel rooms include cable TV. Hearst Castle is 40 minutes ‘drive away. A small fridge and coffee-making facilities are included in all rooms at Shoreline Inn… on the beach. Most rooms feature sweeping ocean views and either offer a private patio or a balcony. Picnic and barbecue areas are available at the Shoreline Inn. A beach shower is also on site. Big Sur is 1 hours’ drive from the hotel. Various local wineries are within 20 miles of the property. Please note that the front desk is suitable for wheelchair users.

The room was spacious and had all the amenities I like I had a great view from my balcony. Easy access to the beach and wonderful outside sitting area no elevator however, next time I would get a ground floor room.

This was the first time staying at this facility & I/we were not disappointed. I came from So Calif & my girlfriend from No Calif. The price was higher than we paid last year at another facility in Cayucos but it was well worth it. The property is beautiful; room had everything you would need & then some; the view from our downstairs ocean facing room was breathtaking; the staff was very friendly & helpful. The fire pits were something we didn't expect but used every night to watch the sunset. If we go back to Cayucos next year we will be staying here again. Parking was limited so one of us had to park off the property but no big deal just a bit of walking to the room.

The location was exceptional! On the beach with easy access. Plus everything about Cayucos is convenient. The hotel had a lovely firepit to enjoy. Except for a few minor details that the hotel didn't excel in (coffee in the room was marginal, better in the lobby and great in a cafe across the street!) the location, cleanliness and overall great service far outweighed any negatives. We will be returning! Coffee in the room was not good. Hotel laundry facilities would have been a nice convenience but the laundromat about 5 minutes away was just fine. The firepit was a bit complicated to get going.
