Staff was EXCELLENT, each and every person we talked to and saw were very friendly, had smiles on and eager to help. Traveled with my young daughter and it was the best experience! Room was immaculate, comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was delicious and had lots to choose from. Parking was a breeze and well lit when we returned late from an event. 10/10 recommend!

It was not! In Alpine I had to change rooms because it wasn’t accessible. In San Marcos the room is not accessible! I asked for accessible in all three reservations! I am really disappointed! Also in Alpine, our room was not cleaned two on three of our five days!
