It was not! In Alpine I had to change rooms because it wasn’t accessible. In San Marcos the room is not accessible! I asked for accessible in all three reservations! I am really disappointed! Also in Alpine, our room was not cleaned two on three of our five days!

Hampton Inns in general are reliable places to stay. Clean. Friendly, helpful staff. Plentiful, good breakfast. Coffee and flavored water always available. Good beds. If you are picky about pillows, bring your own. I highly recommend Hampton Inns at Cedar Park if you are staying in the Austin area.

Hotel is very clean and comfortable. We will book this hotel each time we are visiting our family in the area. We were extremely pleased with the accommodations.

Housekeeping staff did not do a great job keeping our room clean. Breakfast was OK but not great. Got the impression there was some skimping going on. Although we were not charged it they were adding a $5.00 parking fee on to the rooms - seemed cheap.
