Close to everything. Got a walk-in shower as requested Room was on the bottom floor Requested 2 extra pillows and didn't receive them Room had a closed off smell at first until air conditioner was turned on

It was clean, well maintained & it is reasonably priced.

Easy to access, hotel staff was pretty friendly. Even though our room was “smoke less” it was obvious the rooms next to us or above us were smoke rooms. The smell of smoke was pretty strong. But other than that it was great

Great location to eateries and shopping. Breakfast included. Comfortable beds and clean room. Second time at this location. Will book again.

Overall a good stay, clean room, good price, good location. Staff at the desk during check-in was sadly a person who clearly is being forced to work there. I would dare to say that maybe he is being exploited having to work there against his will. Maybe customer service is not his call in life.

Did not like the outside it was dirty !! The elevator buttons were duct taped on and did not work did not feel safe riding in the elevator up and down

It was a good location When we got there. They wanted to change extra. I sent an email 24hr. To let us check in at 11am. That's most check in are. My son got murdered and I was on a budget. But they want to change extra after I sent an email. They said that the never got it. But still charge extra.

Parking problem, you won’t get parking and they tell go park somewhere in public parking, and they least bothered about customer.

Vending machines wouldn’t take dollar bills. Work out space had broken machines. Breakfast progressed from decent to no thanks. Back door was never locked. Laundry facilities were closed.
