They were able to accommodate my request for side-by-side rooms. The staff was very friendly. I was able to check in via phone early to guarantee the rooms that I had requested.

There was nothing to like about this hotel. Walk in the room and it felt jail cell walk right back out and im still trying to get a refund. Room was dark and dirty smelling nothing but smoke and wall plugs didn't have covers where you can see all the wires. Nothing

The next day I locked myself out of my room getting ice. The guy at the front desk kindly fixed my key card; I really appreciate all the nice people and great room! Whoever cleans the rooms does an excellent job!!! I felt so comfortable and relaxed. Lord knows I needed that!!

The hotel smelled and was hot room was dirty and not well kept. I checked in but after I went to my outing I drove 3 hours back home The room was in no condition yo sleep in

The bed was so uncomfortable....all but two of the staff were rude...when we got there, the man behind the counter was very kind and helpful....at around 9 the next morning, I heard the door open and slam shut...then again at 9:30 and again at 10....i called the desk and asked what time checkout was...he said 11. I asked then why do they keep opening the door and slamming it? He said housekeeping were just knocking to see if we we were still there. I told him no...they are actually opening and slamming the door. He apologized profusely and we got ready and left...as we were walking through the lobby, I saw some housekeeping people at the desk...i waved and said thank you as we walked out...the housekeepers looked daggers at me and never said a word. ..im not one to hold grudges, but it'll be a cold day in July before I ever stay at that place again.

Entering the building the smell is very strong, doesn't look clean at all! Dogs would bark all night, the air conditioner wouldn't work properly. The shower wouldn't drain well

Roaches were in my clothes. In my food and in the bathroom. I couldn't even sleep and had to be at work by 730 am. SMH never again. Then the guy was asking for my credit card which I had already given him. I'm steady saying sir I gave you my card. Him, not your I.d your credit card. Sir you have it. So he paused and just stared as if I was lying. I had to take a deep breath. Sir the card is by your hand. Him oh my apologies. Never again
