Motel 6 Cedar Park, TX

The problem was it smelled mildew and the microwave was broken it was horrible

Beds had mold on them 

Clean room upon arrival and cleaning crew was excellent. All staff were pleasant. Will stay again in August

When in Cedar Park I enjoy staying at this property specifically for the hospitality and easy check in. Dimple always gives great service and make sure the stay is comfortable for guest.

Staff was very welcoming and friendly, and very helpful. Does not match photos at all. Hallways are very dimly lit and dingy, elevator is unstable and take a very long time to travel short distance. Entrance is confusing as it is behind another hotel. Room was terrible. Bedding/mattress situation was terrible and room was tiny, as well as lots of broken and chipped furniture in room and bathroom. Smell of weed and cigarettes is overwhelming. Entire facility looked to be under maintenance with doors propped and equipment laying about, except there are no maintenance workers present.

and the pillow cases. The room was also veryyy humid and I know it rained the day we got in but I haven’t ever had a problem with the room being humid before. I didn’t catch that it was a pet friendly hotel which is fine the hallways just smelled bad and not always like dog so idk what that was. Lastly the wifi was just strange and would seem to just go away sometime which was difficult because I had zoom meetings both days I was there.

Friendly staff The room smelled real bad. The toilet in the room was full of foul feces and had not been flushed. The pool room is open and looks dangerous. Cigarette butts hallway floor. The whole building smells like a wet dog.

Water was out and elevator and the staff was really nice and helpful. Rooms weren't horrible but toilet seats were dirty no blankets just sheets

Unfortunately, nothing. As soon as you enter the property there are people hanging out, outside.. Not sure if homeless or what the situation is there. Upon entering the hotel, you are welcomed with an intense smell of cigarettes, and possibly some type of moldy scent. The rooms had paint peeling, roaches, and the bed sheets were dirty and smelled horrendous. I have never stayed in a worse hotel.

Nothing The smell of wet dog and old food. The dog feces in the lobby. The bathroom sink coming off of the wall. The mattress felt like only springs and the pillows were too large and hard.

So expensive to stay for one night they chargerd me 120 for a motel whaaat...?? That's way too much Also thr bathroom wasn't cleaned and the bed wasn't comfortable to sleep on..

Nothing It’s was super dirty

Its motel quality....rooms smell musty and linens and bed were stained. Room was very small and AC worked, so thats a plus.

I had originally booked a standard queen room. What I got was a temporary full size bed not much better than a rollaway bed. The mattress on said bed was so bad that it left a little bruises on my body due to the lumps. Did not sleep at all the first night. I asked the desk attendant if I could upgrade to a queen size room. He said he would have the manager call me. Did not happen. I next asked if I can get a refund for the second night that I had booked. Of course that didn't happen. Again, he said he would have his manager call me. That did not happen. All in all it's a motel hell! I just left the room and put another room over at the Holiday Inn. Much better! The desk attendance name was Jeremy. Jeremy does not give a rat's patootie about your stay.

Not much Too many long term residents! The smell of cigarettes was almost too much to handle!

Bugs in the bedroom, the whole building smells bad. Never come back.

Most disgusting place I’ve ever stayed in. There was a horrible smell in the room it smelled like pee. Sheets and pillowcases were dirty looked like they haven’t been washed, I could see hairs on the pillow. The bathroom was dirty. Looked like it hadn’t been mopped or swept. There were gnats & flies in the room that stayed there. I would never stay here again unless I had my own cleaning supplies and sheet set.
