Had reservations for two nights because we had a family get together at the lake. Room was clean and nice. A/c was great and we were there during a heat wave. Would have been nice to have a coffee pot in room but having a fridge and microwave was nice. Check-in was easy. We had to leave after first night and they were nice enough to let us transfer our stay to friends that were also at the lake. But they didn’t change the sheets or give them fresh towels but they also didn’t ask for them either so not totally the fault of the manager. All in all we had a good stay.

Requested a ground level room but was assigned a second floor no elevator and we are 70+ years and don’t like stairs

Wasn’t informed that they only allow one dog. We have two dachshunds. Little to say our trip was cut short.

The room smelled horrible, musty smell almost like they maybe tried to clean the carpets or something, the bathroom ceiling had water damage and there was cleaner left in the tub.

The size of the room was great. It was clean and comfortable for a few days. The staff were friendly. Breakfast was as expected.

We arrived late in the afternoon after driving all day and I was quietly walking my small dog in the hallway because it was too hot to walk outside. The Mananger of the hotel stopped me and told me I couldn’t walk in the hallway, hotel policy. I stopped and went to my room. I wasn’t bothering anyone and I thought this was a stupid policy. The continental breakfast was pathetic. No fruit or eggs or protein at all. We will never stay at this establishment again!

Breakfast had several choices. The refrigerator and freezer was nice to have. The room was a good size. The bathroom was small.

Didn't try the breakfast, just coffee. Room smelled very musty, unpleasant experience. Too much humidity in the room, AC unit was OK but struggled to stay up with humidity, and this was May!

The air conditioner sounded like a jet engine forcing me to make the decision to either try and sleep through the noise or sleep in the heat
