Westbridge Inn & Suites

Room was clean and neat. Only one side table, might be nice for others or hanging shelf. Deadbolt needed to work, otherwise swivel lock available . Occupancy was light. Check in was easy. Nice place to stay for quick trips.

Very limited shampoo and body soap - barely enough for three showers. One tissue in the box. Breakfast had very limited options - mostly prepackaged pastries.

It was difficult to cool the room to a temp. we liked. The plug in on lamps were loose to charge electronics. The continental breakfast had a nice selection. More selections from the vending machine would have been nice.

Front desk staff was not engaging or helpful. Room was okay but there was no body wash in the dispenser for showering.

Comfortable beds. Would give a 90% grade on overall cleanliness. 2 little live bugs in bath tub. No soap to wash hands and/or face at sink. Maybe turn air conditioner on before guests arrive. It was sooo hot and stuffy in the room.

Clean, quiet, comfy beds. Didn't do breakfast so I can't comment on that.

It was very clean. The room was nice with a comfortable bed.

The stay was OK but not too impressed. We were placed in the older - disconnected building and our room smelled strongly of smoke or aged building. We got used to it after 15 minutes but every time you left the room and came back, it was very apparent. We didn't get to test the weekend breakfast as it was all shut down by 9am - not even coffee was available afterwards. Most staff did not seem to understand or speak english well. Fine for a quick night to crash in a small town and it was clean, but otherwise underwhelming.

Old hotel that they are trying to keep up. Seemed clean and for just two nights in Centerville it worked for us.

Would be 5/5 but breakfast options were very limited.

I wish the continental breakfast in the mornings had eggs and sausage. Or sausage biscuits. The breakfast is just apples, Danish, yogurt, cereal. Disappointment. Everything at the Hotel great!

The guy who checked us in, watched my family and made us feel unsafe we will not be back

We were in a smoking room and there were couple of dead bugs on the floor. And overall not a great room. And we smelled weed from time to time.

Clean comfortable rooms and the staff was very helpful in accommodating us with late checkouts

The room and property were clean but the staff was nowhere to be found unless in was time to check in or check out. I chose the hotel for the pool and it was out of order both nights I was there(Fri&Sat). There was one pop machine on the property and it didn't work either. I will not be staying at this hotel again.

Small town motel with newer bldg and couple of older buildings and we got the older detached building. Had a damaged(indentation like something hit it) door to adjoining room, tile around top of tub/shower had grout falling out of joints and repair was attempted with silicone caulk. Pool was closed for maintenance(?) and would have been nice to know since I picked that hotel because of 3 yr old wanting to go swimming, but nothing advised of that when I made reservation. Had to cross parking lot for the complimentary breakfast, which according to mgmt when we checked in, had no egg products included….only waffles, cold cereal and toast with juice. Manager was friendly enough and kind of a joker, which was fine.
