This facility had really bad roaches and all they did to help me was spray some roach spray and it made it 100x worse.

This was a really good room. I was very happy with our stay here. We were getting a room for my partner to have a medical procedure done and did not want to drive far afterwards. Our original place was TERRIBLE!!! DO NOT GO TO RED ROOF HOMETOWN SUITES they lie in their advertisements and they are dirty and nasty. This place had good knowledgeable staff members, they gave us a late check out no issues, it was clean, the bathroom and kitchen areas were nice. I would be very happy to stay here again! I did not like the smell in the hallways but that did not affect the stay in our room at all.

No breakfast was provided. Air conditioner didn't work. Stayed on the 4th floor and the elevator never worked again after we got to the room. No night clerk.
-
Smell free hotel and maintained good with their capacity. All looks clean every where. Water in the sink was going slow but that might be some one maintenance issue. otherwise i had great night in this hotel.
-
Lovely staff, very helpful with mishaps such as forgetting your room key in ur room when you go to get laundry, or answering questions they don’t have to answer but do to be nice! Cops constantly on property and talking to patrons to try and ticket or arrest them
-
The hotel was filled with smoke despite being marketed as smoke free. Staff completely disengaged and unprofessional.
