Lovely staff, very helpful with mishaps such as forgetting your room key in ur room when you go to get laundry, or answering questions they don’t have to answer but do to be nice! Cops constantly on property and talking to patrons to try and ticket or arrest them

The hotel was filled with smoke despite being marketed as smoke free. Staff completely disengaged and unprofessional.

.I will never use this company ever again !. Cuz the first hotel in this company cancelled my reservation and this hotel wouldn't let us check in after they agreed it would be alright coming in at 4 am. Besides that the hotel doesn't seem to be in a very safe area either !.

Got there after a 12 hour drive, was told there was no more rooms after I reserved one online.

The location it was close to Emory Saint Joseph hospital for my husband's surgery. The hotel and my room 432 were dirty and it smelled really bad. I killed a cockroach in the shower when I walked into the room. Room 432 had burn stains or whatever stains embedded into the sink. Room was not cleaned throughly and needed major repairs.

We had to switch room because of cockroach, smelly room. No key card for the stay because the system was down. Service window was not open on time. Just not a good stay.

Key card and printer not working when we arrived. Initially suggested we come back later, but ultimately checked in and let in room with promise of getting key card later. We never got cards. Next clerk on duty was still on the phone with tech support trying to figure out the problem. Had to leave people in each of the rooms and station more people at exterior exits to get our luggage out next day. No staff in office at 7 AM. This one goes down as on of our top 3 worst stays ever.
