Everything was great except the fact that they charged $15 per night to park your car in a parking lot that was wide open. I could understand if it was covered parking or valet but to just park yourself they were charging 15 per night which was ridiculous.

The hotel is very clean, comfortable, and in a great location. The staff were incredibly friendly, kind, and helpful throughout our stay. I was especially impressed by the healthy and generous breakfast. The gentleman working in the cafeteria was always welcoming, saying hello and checking if we needed anything. At one point, my wife needed gluten-free bread, and he immediately went to get some for her. That level of care and attention really made us feel welcome. The only thing that surprised me was receiving a parking charge of **$15 per day** after I had already left the hotel and returned to Canada. I was not informed about the parking fee during my stay, so I was quite shocked to see the charge afterward. However, I contacted the hotel, and I spoke with **John**, who was extremely respectful, kind, and understanding. He apologized for the situation and kindly waived all the parking charges. I truly appreciated how he handled the matter. Overall, we had a wonderful experience, and I would definitely stay here again on my next visit.I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable place with a great location and excellent, caring staff. Fantastic location to the shopping mall. Friendly staff and genuine service.
-
How close it was to the mall and the surrounding area just what we needed. There is a 15.00 parking fee that felt some sort of way about it... and the security latch to our room was broken

I booked the room for a two day stay with my elderly parents. The morning we were to check out my dad had a medical emergency. Staff helped me navigate extending our stay on a day to day basis, providing equipment we needed, offered comfort and compassion. Every communication and request was cheerfully handled. Breakfast was varied each day. Room was clean. They truly made a massive difference in what was a very difficult time for us. Thank you soo much. I would definitely stay here again.

The TV didn’t work 75% of the time I have stayed there twice in the past week and the TVs don’t work well at all ,, Breakfast is very nice and they have a lot of choices dry cereal ,yogurt and a waffle maker and they also offer hot items like scrambled eggs sausage things like that

Clean room, restroom and firm bed. Didn't like the pool was out of service and I didn't read about the parking fee but everything was good.

The only problem we had was we left for the day and housekeeping never freshened up our room which meant no clean towels no toilet paper I had to go ask for some which I shouldn't have when I went to tell them they never cleaned our room front desk told me they never put our room on the list to be cleaned. Wouldn't it be on there when we check in???? Whoever checked in above is should have more respect of others they allowed their kids run and jump until all hours of the night and also super early in the morning.Other then this is was ok. We also lived it's close to a lot of things like the mall it was right across the street and so were so many restaurants.

The bathroom wasn’t clean. The tub was gross and the walls were dirty. The TV was too far away from the beds. It was a room with a living area and I understand the TV was for mainly the living area but we didn’t sit in there so the TV was kind of far.
-
I like that it was close to were I needed to go but the shower had a loud constant drip the pool needs to be cleaned there was large amounts of either mold or heavy dirt around the pool in the inside of the pool the hot tub was not hot and when turned on the water became very murky the breakfast on Saturday had no syrup for the waffles coffee was old and lukewarm and bananas were black
-
Coffee wasn’t great and we had to keep asking for towels for the pool, neither were a deal breaker though. Staff was really kind.

Excellent location. The room was pretty spacious and clean. You can tell a few things like the pool area are outdated however they kept it clean as well. Coffee wasn’t great and we had to keep asking for towels for the pool, neither were a deal breaker though. Staff was really kind.
