Group Hotel Booking in Chandler

The hotels on this list have the room count and have handled group stays before. Availability depends on your travel dates, so confirm with the hotel when you submit your request. Hotels like Marriott Phoenix Chandler and Sonesta Select Phoenix Chandler have room counts that can accommodate larger groups.

A group booking is 9 or more rooms reserved for the same dates. The hotel quotes a rate for the entire block instead of its public rate, and a room block holds the rooms until a cutoff date. If you need 8 rooms or fewer, you can book those directly on Engine without submitting a group request.

If your group is traveling during a tournament, convention, or other high-demand period, request your room block as early as possible. Hotels fill up quickly when multiple groups are in town, and booking ahead gives you better options. Even outside peak times, a few weeks of lead time helps secure the rooms you need.

When you book a room block, the hotel quotes a single rate for the entire group instead of charging the public rate for each room. That rate applies to all the rooms in your block. The hotel holds those rooms until a cutoff date, after which any unreserved rooms are released.

Submit your request on Engine with your travel dates and the number of rooms you need. Engine Groups handles the room-block booking for stays of 9 or more rooms. You'll receive quotes from hotels that can accommodate your group, and Engine Groups manages the process from there.
