Staff was very helpful

The property was in a great location, which was the best thing about the hotel. The hotel was clean and the staff was pretty helpful. The pool was very small and not very clean and was disappointed. I couldn’t use it. The shower handle was broke along with the toilet seat was very loose. It was nice that they had complementary coffee in the lobby, but did not have half-and-half due to supply issues. The staff was helpful and offered me a bottle of milk.

The overall condition of the hotel was very good. Rooms and other areas were fine. The problem was the pool. Extremely dirty. Clearly had not been cleaned in sometime. Very disappointing. Was there with my son and was looking forward to using the pool. Dirty condition made this impossible.

the whole company had an outage of some sort the day we checked in and they were offline, the staff was still able to get us checked in manually and they were super helpful and communicative the whole time.

Centrally located bartenders at all the bars very cool and informative.

Staff, especially Zander, were delightful. The location is perfect. Close to excellent restaurants, shops and venues. A microcosm in the heart of downtown. Really wasn't impressed with the hotel restaurant. Breakfast was speedy and tasty, however, the cook and or server messed up my egg twice. I asked for very over hard and got runny yolk both times. Yes, it's an insignificant issue, but if you have texture issues it's disappointing.

Great location to all activities - food and entertainment were all walking distance.

Rooms were clean but not done everyday with fresh towels and linens and trash went unemptied .

We had problems with the first room that they put us in, slightly below clean and a few essentials in need of repair. Next room issued was not ready for occupancy, so then came the third room, which was an upgrade to deluxe in the new section of the hotel. Very nice of the staff to finally get this for us and a very nice room, although the AC was a little bit noisy. A very nice and comfortable place to stay.
