Best Western Inn of Chandler

It is centrally located to the places I had to visit. They don’t nickel and dime you to death for every little thing. Breakfast and parking are included which was very nice. The staff are professional and nice, very welcoming. No snide attitudes. The location is just off a major intersection and you could not tell from your room. Everything worked properly and was spotless! Best place for me out of two previous hotels. Will be returning next month!

Superb

Just ok, it wasn't horrible, it wasnt great. It did the job for an overnight stay. Bar soap was a suprise. Front desk wasn't the friendliest when we asked for a slightly later checkout. They don't offer that. Breakfast was not good as far as this level of hotels go. Overall the hotel was clean, check in staff was kind. Beds were comfortable enough.

Would stay here again.

The staff was friendly and worked to resolve some issues but the maintenance of the property itself made the experience subpar.

My husband got bitten all over his arms and back by bed bugs. It has been over 10 days and he still can’t get rid of the itch and urge to scratch. He is in pain. He called the hotel directly to let them know about it and got told that they couldn’t do anything because “we had booked the room via Expedia”. This is unacceptable. They have to be held accountable.

It was good...its clean and quiet even though its right off the highway. The hot rub needed a good cleaning but other then that it was a good Spot.

The room was clean except we dropped something behind the TV stand. When we had to move the really heavy furniture to grab what fell, I found a small travel bag that belonged to a previous guest underneath the stand. I'm not faulting the maids for that since nobody is moving that absurdly heavy thing to clean underneath everyday. Everything else was great. Breakfast was good, but there was little variety. The juice machine ran out of orange juice, but the front desk clerk replaced it right away.

Eggs were runny & biscuits were old. I did not go in the pool or hot tub.

Didn’t stay. Unknowingly I had to have a deposit in addition to cost of stay. If I had known in advance I would have had it. Found no info stating that a deposit was necessary. They wouldn’t allow a stay because I didn’t have the full amount of deposit which I wasn’t informed ahead of time that it would be needed. Have stayed at many hotels in US and Europe and never needed deposit in addition to cost of fee. They said it is listed on the registration but found no such information.
