Crowne Plaza Phoenix - Chandler Golf Resort by IHG

It was a great place to stay. Friendly staff and good food. Clean. Watch out for Expedia though because I had checked the "breakfast" box when I booked and they had no record of it.

I stay here often for work and love it. Nice, helpful staff, great pool and spa, clean, comfortable rooms. They do seem to have a lot of things blocking hallways, which can be a little annoying, but not sure it can be helped.

This hotel is Fantastic, Quiet,Relaxing and Great Place to Unwind.

The resort was built in 1912 so it’s maintained well. Staff was very nice and helpful. Enjoyed a very delicious breakfast, my husband and I shared a make your own omelette, very delicious with potatoes and sourdough bread and cream cheese French toast with strawberries also very delicious and generous portions. Pool area was nice and clean. I recommend this resort.

Clean, location was great. Nothing

Everything was great and having a balcony was a bonus. Liked sitting outside in the evenings. The pool was also nice to relax and cool off in.

I’ve stayed here several times on staycations, and I think overall it’s 5 stars based on everything. If I didn’t live 30 miles away and stayedThe price is so reasonable for what you get first and foremost. The room we just had was totally updated, even though you can tell this hotel is quite old.

Great stay!

Such a great time! The bed is so comfortable. Only complaint is the elevator is in such dumb spot and you have to walk a mile to your room. Other than that it’s beautiful, comfortable and in such an incredible location!

The bathroom was pretty dirty and the shower hadn’t been properly clean in a while. Slime in sinks around the drain. Cob webs all over the property.

The sheets were ripped and the shower walls weren’t entirely clean but it was pretty nice

This was a great little hidden gem. Close to everything yet separate.

Hotel was well located, we were having dinner across the street when we decided to stay. Great location to top restaurants, coffee shops, and shopping. Hotel was clean, well kept and very comfortable.

Then property was great. Didn’t have to drive after we arrived Within walking distance to restaurants and shops

Big size rooms Reaching rooms with luggage is difficult and you have to pass through outdoors by exposing yourself to severe sun between lobby/ reception to rooms.

Our towels had large holes and bedding didn’t fit bed

Good area, lots of restaurants around.

Everything was great. Food and drink prices were fair as well.
