We were pleasantly surprised by how clean the hotel and casino were. All employees were so nice and the casino winnings were good as well! We overall had a great stay and there was plenty to do! Only complaint was i do not think the “thermostat” in the room does anything. It’ll let you set it as low as you want but our room wouldn’t go below 79.

There was hair all over the shower walls, and the housekeeper knocked on my door, woke me up to ask me what time I was checking out hours before check out time.

The staff were great! They walked us around the property showing all their facilities. The horse riding was exciting climbing the side of a mountain and weaving between tall cacti. If you are look for a relaxing getaway and love animals… this is your place!

Nice Place. Just loud neighbors at 2 in the am.... would stay again though!!

I feel the pool should open earlier in the summer months.

The rooms were very loud…

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The casino and room were clean and well maintained. My only complaint is the food options were very limited. There are two options in the food court. And only five dining options. During our stay three of those options were closed. In addition I found that the menu options mirrored the other restaurant menu furthering the limited options. I did not gamble but my husband who did found it lacking and only spent a short time gambling. Which is not his normal behavior when around gambling options.

Great room and service! Highly recommend

Took my father here for Father’s Day and it did not disappoint. We had a great time. Wonderful restaurants, bars, and gaming areas.

Great environment -- staff was helpful

This was kind of disappointing. The front desk agent was not at all friendly. The room was fine, but the blanket had something on it that was either poop or hopefully chocolate. The walls are SO thin that we were woken up at 6am by the man next door gagging and vomiting repeatedly. It went on for a half hour, so loud that I assumed he needed medical attention. I texted the concierge number to have someone check on him or ask him to vomit in the bathroom, but bo one answered. We actually got up and left because I was so sick of hearing the man puke for an hour. I probably wouldn't stay here again.

Great staff and casino

We LOVE this resort! There’s no trace of smoke anywhere! I have a wheelchair and it’s ADA friendly. We won’t stay anywhere else in the valley!

Great service and the staff is very friendly with us

Was clean and nice stay

After several times visiting this resort, every experience is worse than the last. I thought I’d give it one more try and regret every minute. Staff is rude and short, the only good place to eat is the Asian restaurant. Don’t waste your money.
