Roy at the pool bar made the day. Such a nice guy, did everything to make sure you had everything you needed.

Nice place to stay but was a little over my budget for the location. The restaurants were good too but also price high

I really liked the room. It was very clean, the bedding was very nice and soft, the bed was extremely comfortable and it was very quiet. I would definitely stay here again. The restaurant was tasty I think they could have a better bar with more selection, perhaps maybe a really cool Pub, but the staff at check-in was not friendly or helpful at all. They were going to call us they never did an hour had passed from 3:30 to 4:30 and we needed to get our room to get ready for the concert and eat dinner. I had to go up and wait in line and talk to somebody about getting our room and again they were not very pleasant. No smile and not very helpful

Did the pre check in and everything and got there when I said I would to be stoned facedly told there were no rooms ready. Then we were told they had no idea when there would be one, could be an hour, could be 3. No friendly offer of a water or a drink voucher or anything. We had a show to attend in the hotel but nope didn't matter. Then we saw Mrs Stone Face give the next people key cards, apparently they do have rooms. Tried a different check in clerk, what do you know ? Rooms available.

We had a nice time the security front desk lady and the bartenders were amazing room was clean. Food was great.

The only thing that I really did not appreciate about the room was although you give all these waters out at the desk you have to pay a lot of money for water in the room which is kind of**** ****. Also the bathroom was very dated I could hardly turn on the vow for the shower and one of the holders for the shampoo actually fell off the wall in the middle of the night and woke me up Really need some updating there.

Me and my wife had an excellent weekend. Food was great at all venues, service was great, vibe was great. We can’t wait to come back

Hotel room was very comfortable and clean. Good restaurants.

Had the hotel limo shuttle take us to the firebird race park and the experience itself was exceptional but at first I was told that they did not go there, which seemed unusual, I had to escalate. In the end I had no complaints

They charge $15 for a softer pillow. Coffee maker was broken. Front desk lady very rude. I think their business is casino and the captive audience negates any need for customer service. You are better off getting a hotel next door, if you really must go to this casino.
