The tower suite rooms are very nice, the pool is fabulous and outside service was wonderful.

I left a review on the hotel's site. We had a corner suite on the 9th floor. No service to the room between days (we stayed 2 nights) Other hotels we stay at, you opt out to be ignored. And call me selfish but approx 450 a night, I want a working bathtub. They pull the plugs out of the shower/tub for safety reasons, huh? It was fine, nothing bad, exceptional, nope. Would we go again, well yes, they have decent entertainment shows for the older crowd. Eagles tribute band was great-Sat night. Cheap Trick, not as good Sun. night, still had a great time with friends.

Everything was great

Liz at the front desk was fantastic, along with the other front desk staff. Mars (Marissa I believe is her full name) out by the pool was horrible. I booked a cabana as we were celebrating a birthday and had multiple rooms booked. She put us by the bathrooms, lied about other cabanas not being available even though they were (she even offered us the one we originally wanted with only 2hrs of pool time left). She was rude, short, and not willing to come to a solution with our group. She also mentioned that the other guests/cabanas that were open were reserved specifically for “special guests and the orders came from much higher above” basically letting us know that our money & happiness was not important. Regardless, we spent money & had a wonderful time at the pool, hotel, & casino. I am disappointed that I have not heard from higher level staff that was made away of the situation and how upset we are.
