I could not believe the very low price for such an excellent property. I would like to brag about the lady who runs the breakfast buffet.. She checked everything every few minutes and kept everything spotless.. Everything was individually wrapped, and all serving pans were always full and fresh.. She did an excellent job...

When I come to ChandlerAz , this has been my go to place for over 9 years now. I've seen staff come n go as well as owners. But my most recent visit was a real disappointment. My room smelled like wet dog,but as soon as I called to hotel desk to let them know, they were able to give me a different room,which was so much better Breakfast has been the same set up now for over 5 years, you really need to change it up add some potatoes or bacon or cinnamon rolls or danish, and how about small cartons of chocolate milk or juice fresh seasonal fruit ,instead of the exact same 5 items everyday of every week, ....boring!

Room had a huge roach crawling up the wall in our room. Floor in lobby at elevators was dirty. Pool was filthy and had to ask for towels for pool area. Front desk employee was not very friendly when checking in.

Stayed 3 nights visiting friends in the area. The room was clean as well as the sheets. The beds were comfortable. The bathroom was clean. The AC worked well fighting the outside temperature of 115 deg F. The breakfast choice was good except for the juice machine. There was only one juice (apple). Orange juice would have made me feel better. Second day, could not find the milk jug or the attendant to request some.

I have been a regular customer at Comfort Inn for over 7 years now! In the past staff was very personable now under new ownership, these middle eastern people , are the most entitled, snobs I've ever met ,I don't think they like white people. Just my honest opinion, they rarely acknowledge there guests and they never made me feel welcome but they have no problem making you feel like u owe them something. Hotel was great except for all the long black hair in my clean turned down sheets."YUCK" BREAKFAST HASNT CHANGED THE NEW OWNERS .continue to serve the same breakfast they did since they took over, they never change anything, boring and disgusting, I don't even know if they wash there hands after they pet their goats to cook breakfast, "BARF".

Close to expressway, Walmart is 3 miles away. Lots of stores, restaurants.

Not our best stay, pillow covers were dirty and smelled like old sweat, sheets were yellowish. No hand soap. The decor in the lobby was strange. Check in was quick. Ice machine didn't work. Breakfast wasn't what was advertised. AC was loud.

Staff helpful and friendly. Clean room and restroom, nice comfy bed.

The property was worn down and smelled of OLD!! From the towels to the bed covers wew unfortunately just dingy and almost beige. I was in shock , I've been traveling the last 3 months from FllL, AL, GA, TX now AZ...worst comfort hotel I've stayed. Even the pool was filthy when I tried to take my family. Very embarrassing, definitely made a poor choice choosing that specific property. Throw all the towels away and start over!!! And fix the shower shampoo soap containers #disgusting

Great Staff! Room was nice, clean and well equipped. Sonie at the front desk was exceptional. Her helpfulness and focus on customer satisfaction was amazing.

What I didn’t like about the hotel was the price was totally different than what I reserved it at on the website, the breakfast was eggs and sausage which ran out 1 1/2 hours before the ending time and they never refilled anything that was out! I stayed there because our house was having air conditioning repairs done and I think the air conditioner in our room was working only half the time so I might has well just stayed in my own home, I was there for 4 days and they never cleaned the room or made the beds or anything

Overall things were fine at this hotel. It's a bit run down, but breakfast was consistent. Our last day, after being at the ER with a sick kid until 5am, we had hoped to sleep until just before checkout time. But our hopes were ruined when we were woken by housekeeping carding into the room at 8:45am. Frustrating that we couldn't take advantage of the time to sleep after being awake all night because housekeeping decided to "check" on the room before checkout time.

It was a place to stay.
