Affordable very beat down unfortunately

It’s got a great location and the prices are low. If you go with low expectations, you should be okay. I won’t complain too much because the price was the lowest I saw anywhere in Chandler, so I guess you’re getting what you pay for.

Location was good as it was nearby everything. Staff at front desk was always friendly

What I didn't like was that the entry smelled. The room, was filthy. The bed had infested urinary stains. The bed floor was definitelydark. Overall the property is not under healthy sanitary living. As well as theft. I was told that I had to leave $150.00 dollar deposit. Counter personal, charged me $180.00. Stating that my Credit Card company wiuld do that to me. A lie amd and thefts.

Sink was leaking, room was very dirty and the whole property was very dirty overall.

I don’t like that I still haven’t gotten my deposit back and can’t reach anybody. I got there after midnight and checked out at 8am. There is no reason to keep my deposit so I don’t know why it’s taking so long. I returned my rental car 3 days after I stayed at this hotel and got my deposit back the very next day.

I booked my room on this website. When i arrived to the property, they told me my card had been declined on the website. Stupid of me not to confirm this with my checking account . I paid again for the room at the hotel. However I did pay on the website. Now the hotel is saying they never charged me when I was there, that they only charged the deposit. So now I paid for the room twice! How annoying!! I want my money back that I was incorrectly charged!! I won't be staying here again.

I booked a stay at this hotel went to the casino wild horse pass had a bad experience there my wallet was stolen so I had no iD# to now check inn tried calling numerous times no answer just a busy signal. Still calling its been 4 days and still can't reach anyone no manager no customer service I BOOKED THREW HOTELS.COM THEY COULDN'T EVEN REACH ANYONE.

Cleanliness, staff was great. Was not able to turn up the volume on the tv.

The hole in thw wall behind the TV and all the marks, stains on the walls.

Room was a bit messy, stains on the wall. Overall the staff was nice &’ helpful. Wouldn’t stay again but was okay for the night.

We booked a room for 5 nights, but ended up leaving a day early due to our experience. I hope this review helps others because truly this was so traumatic. We did an early check in a hour early, the staff asked us to pay a $25 fee which neither me or my partner have had to do with previous hotels. We were also told to pay a $150 refundable deposit which we never got back. A few of the things we noticed were the deteriorating floors, no elevator, all of the trash/towels left outside of the rooms(mind you housekeeping starts at 10AM and we checked in at 2PM), our bathtub had mold, the fire sprinkler in our room were corroded, the mattresses were stained, our curtains had holes in them, housekeeping left a used coffee lid on our desk, our ac barely worked, all the walls had stains, broken washer, air vents barely hanging on, and COCKROACHES. None of the exterior doors locked, despite a sign stating they are locked 24 hours. We had to replace our key card 3 TIMES. The only upside to this hotel was the pool, which was also a mess and we only saw it get cleaned once during our stay. I was threatened to have the police called on me “due to a bad attitude” when I was mumbling to myself about my key card not working. I asked for a refund and he declined. His coworkers had to calm him down because I was literally shaking. I was ignored at the front desk and they keep all of their phones unplugged. Overall I wish I never stayed here. This was the absolute worst hotel I’ve ever been to.

No it wasn’t effective. Ac went in and out. Also cockroaches in unit. Seeking refund or curiosity stay
