Great!! Loved everything about it

It was a very nice hotel. The room was clean and neat. The air conditioning worked great considering it was over 110 degrees. The refrigerator would not turn on and the guest services were fast at attempting to fix it. He did not have the correct tool so he could come back the next day. That was unfortunate as we had food we just have to throw away. They were very kind at guest services and we were very happy with our stay. We would return should we visit Arizona again.

The problem is not the problem is not thhe hotel or the staff, the problem us that they charge 100. Dollars deposit and they never reimbursed me that money back to my credit !

A lot of glass smudge's on one of the end tables…. Other than that it was a good stay

We always have a great experience at this location. The staff are always friendly and professional. The rooms and the interior and exterior areas of the building are always clean. We’ve only eaten breakfast there once and it wasn’t anything amazing but it was convenient. The outdoor pool is always clean and the temperature of the hot tub is always perfect.

It was Ata reasonable price for my budget

For the price the hotel is great! Beds are hard which is fine. Bathroom wasn’t spectacularly clean, but decent. We did have a stain on our carpet. The air worked extremely well. The room was spacious. The grounds were decent. We’d stay again.

Do not expect this hotel to honor an early check-in, even by an hour or two. I arrived after 2:30 PM for a 4:00 PM check-in. Even though my room was fully ready, they still charged an early check-in fee, citing "hotel policy." As someone who travels constantly for both business and leisure, I have never experienced a hotel charging a fee for a ready room so close to check-in time. Save yourself the hassle (and money) and plan accordingly.

Nice room, able to check in early but paying for parking is not cool.

The staff is incredibly friendly and the place is super clean, making it an excellent place to stay.

Rooms were very clean, quiet and comfortable. I will definitely stay here again and recommend this place.
