The location was great. Close to shopping and rest. The pool area was excellent. There was a good amount of choices for breakfast. It was quiet and relaxing. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Very clean, great facilities, enjoyable breakfast Nothing

I like the receptionist Maranda.. she was courteous and professional.. Greeted us every time. She went above and beyond from checking us in to providing restaurants, and answering questions. The free breakfast was a plus.. The water flow could have been a lot better. It was a very slow stream and took longer to rinse off, and the toilets were extremely low, hard for someone to get up from with bad knees. In the room you could hear a lot of noise outside, behind, and next to our room making it hard to rest..

This place needs work and I am no longer using Expedia for my stays. The places you offer have been not honest of their amenities as well as the upgrades.

Clean comfortable room. Beds were exceptionally comfortable. Hotel overall was very clean. AC blew cold air As others have said the water pressure is not the greatest. We had a small drip in our shower that wouldn't shut off but did not affect our ability to sleep

Noisy toilets and bad door locks and horrible elevator and not very clean

This was the nicest hotel we stayed at during our trip to the Southwest, and also the cheapest. The service was top notch, the manager at the front desk was very friendly and efficient. Our room was large, comfortable, well appointed, modern and had everything we needed. The breakfast buffet was good, what you'd expect for this type of hotel. But what I liked best of all was the price. I was glad I decided to stay outside Phoenix proper. I can't really complain about anything.
