La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Phoenix Chandler

The room look clean but upon closer look the tub had mold on all sides thus we refuse to shower in it. The carpet was dirty. We kept our socks on and they turn black. The beds were rough and not comfortable and the pillows were not soft and felt hard. The staff was nice and breakfast was descent. The rest of the hotel seemed nice. So many people going in and out of the hotel, you really couldn’t tell he’s actually staying and who’s not. We’re more likely not to stay there again even though the price was great compared to other locations but you get what you paid for and we were only staying one night.

The staff was wonderful in helping us switch rooms because the door lock was stuck and would not open. The room they switched us to was clean but the air conditioning was loud and kept shutting down. The tub was missing the enamel so there was a big brown spot that you had to work around while taking a shower. I was really disappointed in this property and it lacks necessary maintenance

My sister booked my room for 2 nights my scheduled changed I was able to stay 1 night they refunded her the other stay without any issues. The rooms were clean and will stocked with towels. Bed was comfortable. Water pressure was good. Front office staff were very friendly and helpful. Thank you for the amazing hospitality.

Could be a really nice property if it was maintained, I didn’t see any maintenance going on anywhere with the whole time I was there, but it needs a lot, but the room is nice and clean so the staff was very attentive and helpful I would definitely stay again. It was very reasonable price for the room.

Overall, could be a really nice place if some maintenance was done the door locked closest to where I parked in the elevator was broken so she couldn’t get in that door. They said maintenance problem with the lock, but besides that a room is very nice and good Location and stay for the cost.

The hotel has a lot of potential but need some overlook in some areas. Two doors from the parking ask to use your room key to enter and doesn’t work, elevators not well clean, parking around the property full of dog waste not pick up by the owners… it’s a health hazardous. Look like no management around the employees are running the show…

Pet friendly. Clean and nice common rooms and amenities. I didn't get the room I booked with two queen beds. We were put in a room with one queen and a couch smaller than a twin. We were four. With the roll away bed, there was no room to walk.

The staff was excellent especially the young woman who checked me in. She was very helpful. Even though I had to switch my room 3 times (because the furniture was frayed, or the electronics didn't work correctly or the bath tubs were pealing!) Also I found a used fork in the refrigerator in my first room. The light switch had a crack in it (be careful so you aren't charged for it) the toilet had like a stain that was kind of rough and wouldn't come off. The first rooms tub was also stained and the faucet kept dripping. After finally finding a halfway decent room, the tub was still stained. Two of the outlets didn't work, the remote didn't function properly and there may have been bed bugs! The staff did their best but they don't control the rooms and functions within them. Aria was helpful as well, welcoming kind and as helpful as she could be. The breakfast was a bit of a let down, no meat breakfast options if you don't eat pork. Also their eggs looked like a fried egg pancake? Overall I would try to find another hotel if you can! If not just be mindful and check the beds and sheets for bed bug marks! Again the staff (those two women specifically) made the stay there worth it!
