InTown Suites Extended Stay Phoenix AZ - Chandler

Pretty quiet area ... Well when I stayed there

The area was fairly quiet and there were plenty of restaurants and shops in the area. There was one resident that constantly walked the walkway and was creepy.

The hotel had great wifi and the staff was amazing. The hotel doesn't provide any room service. They do not provide tissue or anything else after you check in. They also do not do house keeping while you are there. As well the Futons in the room have bed bugs.

Stained carpets, broken fixtures. If you need a place temporarily and don’t have the funds to stay at an upgraded extended stay, it will do.

Room close, staff was good ac was fixed while I was there, shops are real close

The room smells really Bad and the coach is as dirty

Exceptional

Bad

if your on the first floor, make sure you put a towel by the door, crickets can crawl under, otherwise, its a convenient safe location, not bad at all.

Nothing Staff is rude you have to throw away your own trash they don’t provide towels or pots and pans

Exceptional

when asked why our items were not placed in the suitcase she stated she didnt think about it but there were other items that were placed in it. The office guy said they told him I had checked out even though I had not and still had my key. sadly our relatively good stay ended badly and we will not be returning.

Rooms look nothing like the website… very musty and dark rooms.. outdated appliances with musty smelling carpet..

The AC worked great. The hotel itself does not change your towels they will supply you with two, and they are yours for your entire stay, you can take them with you when you leave. I would stay again, because of the accommodating staff and the price.

Pleasant

Not sure of activities or spa. I was by myself.

Room was good. You do have to have your own amenities. Overall stay was good.

Exceptional

The quietness, an cleanliness No pool, or workout room
