The room was very spacious ! The a/c worked great ! The bed was very comfortable. My room was listed as "wheelchair accessible " but the shower was not handicap accessible and there was no grab bar by the toilet. Other than that the room was great !

First of all, I spoke with Michael on the phone before we arrived. He was very friendly. Once there, Michael helped check us all in and was just so helpful and friendly. Our rooms were spacious and clean. We had a dog that was welcomed with no issue. It will be our go to place to stay when in Charleston.
