A very old hotel in a lousy neighborhood

One working elevator?! You were kidding right??? Oh no, I guess not. Plus, we asked to be on the first floor - and ended up NOT on the first floor. Then to add to the aggravation there was the non-working elevator mocking us at every trip up or down, Breakfast was blah. I'm not quite sure how food is cool while in a warming pan but somehow it was.

Room was really clean and we appreciated the complimentary breakfast. Friendly staff too.

Excellent accommodations and accompanying staff. Breakfast was very good and it was quiet with excellent bedding. Shower had plenty of hot water too! This Hampton Inn is in an excellent location with dining, shopping and even a planet fitness literally within walking distance. I highly recommend staying here!

The breakfast was good. The selection choices were less on 9/12 than 9!11. Supplying various choices each morning.

Great service and very clean. Forgot something valuable in the room. Received a phone call within the next 15-30 min to come back and get it. Was very grateful!
