Facility is nice. Front desk person on second shift when I checked in was extremely rude. Ruined the whole stay

The staff was very attentive and helpful. Breakfast was great and the parking was plentiful.

Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Staff was nice and helpful. I will use the hotel again and again. I recommend.

Very surprised that I had to put a $200 deposit down for whatever the reason I believe damages normally they would ask for $150 deposit after I had a discussion with the front desk clerk she then said it was a $150 I’m still waiting on my refund to my card as we speak.

Very dirty and unkept

I had the worst stay here. The breakfast was horrible and cold the room was extremely hot and there was a smoke detector that constantly went off. Once I went to staff they said that I would have to take the batteries out myself. The fridge and microwave did not work and there were no hair dryers in the room either. I had to get my own wash clothes and towels as well. The mattress was also hard as a rock. I stayed there for 2 days and was not satisfied. I will never book here again

Only thing clean was whn you walk in the first set of doors. The rooms was not wet hair all on the back door the bathroom all on the floor couch cushions not wipe down. We went to Guest Service’s. They did not have towels. They said she had to wait till after 1030 11am to get towels. When they accommodate to a different room, I was shown three other rooms in the rooms was also filthy. They have signs everywhere and where your car could be broken into. Staff one deck was very rude.

My stay at this hotel was not so great and I wouldn’t want to book here again afterwards. I booked for 4 nights and after checking I had to get my room switched due to the 1st not being clean. A dirty rag was in the tub and hair on the toilet seat and left in tub. The 2nd room curtains were messed up and we couldn’t close all the way. There was hair left in this tub as well but we decided to say ignore it being we checked in late at night. On the 2nd night I asked the guy at the front desk for more tissue and he stated I’d have to wait till the morning and whatever we have in our room what we’d have to settle with until then.

Room layout was terrible. Bathroom toilet super low.

Older inside than expected. Room was clean. Breakfast was decent. My floor wreaked of smoke.

We arrived at 4:40 to check in. We were told by the staff our room wasn’t ready. Any rooms with 2 queen beds were not ready and were still dirty. Check in was at 3? There was 10 people with the same issue including us. We were left to just get a King bed due to getting ready for our concert. The staff was not helpful in managing the issue or not being accountable. There was no manger on duty. The room was okay but I would not stay here again that’s for sure.

I had originally booked 2 double queen but i had to change to 1 king because I was told that was all that was available and i needed to access my room to change clothes.

The pull out bed is a s joke but the hotel is okay

The elevator did not work the entire weekend and neither did the pool. I was able to use the gym. Rooms were clean, but they were out of blankets for the sofa bed

Pool is broken front desk was not helpful upon arrival I got no direction or Info. Upon leaving guy was sleeping at front desk I had to wake him

I would never stay at this property. Too many issues.
