WoodSpring Suites Charlotte Northlake

Hotel is new but already starting to get ran down. I stayed here for a couple of weeks. They charge extended stay people for towels/washcloths, sheets, shower curtains, etc, which is ridiculous. Angela and the guy that worked at night were very helpful. It always always a bad smell in the elevator. Once I got in the elevator and their was dog urine all ok the rug and entry way of elevator, no one ever cleaned it even though it was visible and smelled. I even folded the rug over to cover the urine and 30 minutes later when I got back on the elevator, they had only unfolded the rug back open but didn’t take the rug out to clean it, just disgusting. Also, the girl in the morning, Natique is very rude and snappie in person and doesn’t have great customer service skills, over the phone she switches it up when answering when she doesn’t know who is on the other end, soon as she knows it’s someone familiar she treats you like you owe her something. Treat all customers fairly.

The front desk representative JT was very professional and polite. We had candid conversations while checking in. The property is very beautiful and the landscaping is beautiful. The property is new. My paperwork upon checking in was done very quickly. My room accommodations were very nice! I had a restful night sleep. My check out time requested was honored. Excellent Experience!

The staff Laquan and Angela at the front desk were professional and very nice. They made sure to accommodate my stay. The Wood Springs Northlake is a brand new hotel. The property landscape was beautiful. My room accommodates everything that I need and more. The check in was smooth and after signing a brief document about the rules and regulations I was set up for a great experience. I would recommend this location to travelers. It is close to Northlake Mall, restaurants, bars, gas stations, and the Interstate 485 and 77.
