Much much cleaner than any Extended Stay I've ever stayed at.

I asked another customer when was housekeeping they said there is no cleaning until checkout. Then a guy walked by stated this is like an apartment not hotel. In a rude manner not knowing he was an employee based on what he had on. Two days later our cards did not work on a Saturday after hours. I called for help the same guy picked up I remember his voice. He had an attitude and said why am I just saying something….my answer was because I am just getting back to my room. He meet us at the lobby with new cards. Very rude guy

Because of the exceptional customer service I extended my stay an extra 3 days. The property is clean and well maintained and the staff is very friendly.

They put me in a room with broken furniture mt daughter almost got hurt and wouldn’t even do a price adjustment for moving me in a smaller room after we’ve unpacked and settled into the original room

We stayed 2 nights. The clerk tried to charge me for the 2 nights o paid for up front. Then we got that straight. I was charge $150 security deposit. For these 2 nights no TV service what so ever. They were friendly staff. But that’s about it

Super clean and well maintained…would definitely book again 👍

When we checked in no one said the cable was out--for the entire 3 day stay. The room was clean. Nothing in the ads tell the front desk closed at a certain time and you have to call a 500 number to get the front desk. So if you need any extra towels or rags or a iron you have to wait until the front desk opens up.

I arrived to the hotel around 545 pm to check in & was told there were “looking for a room.” Originally I was asked to wait 10 mins so 15 minutes later, I came back & there wasn’t any updates. The 2nd time I came to the front desk for help, Ashley slammed the gate In my face. I booked for the room with double beds since there were 2 other people with me, but was offered a room with a single bed after waiting 45 MINUTES for a room. Eventually we were able to get 2 rooms on separate floors after I pressed the inconvenience. When we finally get to our room, it was burning hot and the tv did not work. Multiple people said they had issues with the tv and the internet connection. I was told by Ashley that I would be compensated for the trouble. When I went to check out the next morning, I was informed that I couldn’t receive compensation and they didn’t know what I was talking about. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

I could not get the tv to work

Rooms where clean and beds slept good.

Rooms were clean. Parking was available and accessible. Only complaint was the TV's in either room we're working. We weren't worried about though as we didn't have a need for it during this stay. Other than that, everything was great.
-
The rooms were relatively clean, although the ways in my room were pretty dirty and in some areas you could tell the paint wasn’t match where they apparently did a rush job to patch things! Overall it was a decent place to stay

Friendly staff and well maintained facilities

So our air conditioning was t working. The guy came and did fix it and was very nice. However we also told him that there was a dirty wash cloth hanging on the shower curtain, someone's nose ring in the floor, a fake eyelash in the bathroom floor, and pubic hairs in the bathtub. He said he was sorry and thay he would get some of our money refunded for the room. We were also asked to leave a review, but if it wasn't going to be a good one, to call and speak to a manager in order to try and rectify the situation. We tried to contact the manager and was told they would call us back. It has now been 6 days and no call, no nothing. I would definitely not recommend staying here.

The office closed at 6pm without notice because they were short staffed. I had to wait about 30 minutes before I can get someone to check into my hotel room. They just had a paper saying to call a number to check in and the number I called didn’t answer and I couldn’t get ahold of anyone. The lobby smelled like weed and there was someone playing loud music in their room.

The TV was glitchy and no body was products

I would definitely stay again!!! Very clean. Great parking. Nice staff.

Clean room my only issue was the AC not cooling the room. It was extremely hot all night.

My party and I arrived in town for the J.Cole concert and checked in at approximately 5:30 PM. After receiving our keys, we left immediately for the concert. Upon returning to the room later that night, we discovered the following issues: - The bed sheets and pillowcases were dirty and stained. - One of the two towels provided in the room was dirty and stained. I immediately contacted the front desk and spoke with the staff member on duty. I was told that nothing could be done at that time because the clean linens and towels were locked up until the morning. When I requested a room change, I was informed that no other rooms were available. At checkout, I spoke with the manager, Nautica, and showed her photos of the room's condition. She apologized and stated she wanted to provide a refund, but could not do so directly as the reservation was made through Expedia. She instructed me to contact you and mentioned that she would also be reaching out to you to resolve this. Please contact me at your earliest convenience to discuss a resolution. Thank you,

The guy at the front desk charged me additional $100 when I tried to extend my room but the day before when a woman extended her room he didn't charge her nothing when I say addition $100 I mean a extra $100 deposit he said you have to pay $100 deposit every time you extend the room which I've never heard before in my life are extra hundred dollars deposit even if you don't change rooms
