The kicker was when they charged us $10 just to park in their parking lot. It's not Las Vegas, it's in a suburb of Charlotte! We may never stay at another Marriott again, if that is their new policy.

Continental Breakfast is a must. This will determine my next stay. I probably wouldn't recommend this hotel because this hotel does not offer Continental Breakfast. Corporate should consider having Continental breakfast at this hotel. Thanks

Booked a king room. Got a queen. We arrived late and tired after 14 hours driving I couldnt go and switch especially with a newborn. Lipstick on a pig!!! From first glance it looks like a new modern hotel but once inside the room the bathroom was SO RUN DOWN and gross. The fan didnt work first off. The shower tray had mold and rust and broken. Black hair everywhere I had to clean!! So disappointing for a Marriott I expected way more.

The staff was exceptional.

We were charged the incorrect rate. Carpets were filthy. Asked for housekeeping and no one was ever sent despite being told service would be completed. Later, we were told housekeeping is only every other day despite charging $190 a night for a courtyard.

I want to start by recognizing the front desk staff, who were friendly, welcoming, and professional during both check-in and check-out. Our room was also clean upon arrival. Unfortunately, several issues impacted our stay. When we checked in, our room had only one towel and one washcloth for two guests. The front desk provided a few extra towels but explained that was all they had available. The next day, we returned to find our room had not been serviced. After several unanswered phone calls and being placed on hold, we were informed that housekeeping is only provided every three days and that we would need to pick up clean towels from the front desk. This policy was never explained at check-in. The following morning, we asked a housekeeper outside our room for clean towels and were told there were none available. Running out of clean towels is something I would not expect from a Marriott property. We also noticed the lobby market had very limited snacks and no bottled water available. To make matters worse, the air conditioner in our room leaked overnight, soaking my shoes after I left them on the floor. The staff were courteous throughout our stay, and I appreciate their professionalism. However, friendly service cannot make up for a lack of basic necessities like clean towels.
