The rooms were nice and spacious. The front desk staff were very hospitable and helpful.

OK when I booked this room, it was supposed to be come with breakfast or when I checked in they said that I needed to talk to somebody else and then they told me one thing so the next morning we went to go get the breakfast. The another person was there. And they gave us some breakfast, but then turned around and charged it to our room when we checked out was not supposed to supposed to be refunded they were trying to make it right.

Room was nice but the air barely worked. The main system didn’t work so they have wall units in the room that just barely blew cool air. It with in the upper 90s while we were there and the room stayed hot and humid.

Clean room, great bed and a fair price

My only issue was having to pay for parking, definitely wouldn't expect that in the Northlake area. Not a bad stay, good cookies at the front desk.

It all started with check in! We were accommodated with adjoining rooms with handicap bathrooms. Staff were outgoing & friendly. The room was clean & comfortably. Definitely stop there next time we are in the area.

We really enjoyed our stay. The property was well maintained we loved the courtyard area to hangout. The beds were comfortable and nice big bathroom. It was located in a nice quiet area. The staff were super friendly

Room was clean and well stocked when we arrived. They did not clean the room the next day. We noticed that the rooms across from us and down the hall had dirty linens and towels sitting in the hallway when we returned to our room around 9 pm. They were still outside the rooms the next morning. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The way they did breakfast was silly. They share the hotel with another Marriot property. A breakfast is supposed to be included. It’s very confusing. I guess the one property gets a buffet and the other property has to ask for food someplace else but it’s not a buffet and this isn’t clear. We were let in to the buffet on day 1 but were confused why our key didn’t work. On day 2 we were told we weren’t able to eat at the buffet and the woman at the desk was so short with my wife about it that we went over and got Dunkin’ Donuts instead of arguing because we were in a hurry. If they fix this silliness, I would probably have rated 5 star. It left a bad taste in our mouths and now I will think twice before booking any Marriott property that includes complementary breakfast since it might as well have been not included for us on this trip since we had to go to Dunkin. Feel ripped off.

Customer service was very poor, the room had issues with the A/C in the middle of summer. Staff had not sense of urgency, didn’t provided options to alleviate that situation, and still the issue was not resolved the next day. We had to basically ask for a different room, another hotel or our money back.

We’ll definitely book this location again!

Great place. Clean and close to lots of things. The beds need to be updated.
