Staff was helpful and friendly. The room was neat and clean

There were some bugs in the room underneath the sink when we got in there that made a bunch of sound until I kicked them out. Bedroom and bathroom were clean and the breakfast was good!

All the staff were very kind and helpful!

The room was really nice & spacious. I love that it had a real kitchen. Only stayed over night but I will definitely go back to enjoy more of the facility

I booked based off location and view. While traveling to the hotel I had a tire blow out. Called the location to inform them that my arrival had went from 6pm to now 2am. Then I arrived to find that my suite was not clean nor did television work. I reported that morning to front desk and she assured me that it would be taken care of. I returned to my suite that evening to find that none of the matters had been addressed. Then on my day of check out I was awakened by staff housecleaning service making loud banging and equipment moving in the hallways. Went down at 9 to get breakfast to find nothing but staff cleaning and mopping the area when we were told breakfast end at 10. The hotel also didn’t disclose that guest would have to pay for parking pass when you check in. My shower I ended up cleaning do to the amount of air in the shower and bathroom floor.

Everything was great will stay again and recommend to family and friends. Staff was professional and knowledgeable and polite.

Quite actually a studio apartment room, clean, spacious, resourceful. Highly recommended

The only reason I got the room was for the pool. They stated the pool was fixed. That was a lie. I deserve to be compensated. I'm not satisfied at all 👿😞

The other room the tv was broken. We were placed in new rooms- AC broken, another TV was broken. Linens never came despite calling down to front desk multiple times. Had to wake my kids up to walk to the front desk for linens we requested pre booking. No creamer for coffee, breakfast was late. Not worth the 500 bucks I paid for two rooms. Wish I could get a refund

The room was clean and the staff was friendly. I booked this room for my parents and didn’t get them checked in until late that night. Some of the customer bases going in and out was very questionable, I did not see any security. I suggest more security between the hours of 10 pm and 6 am

I love staying at Residence Inn whenever I come to Charlotte. I recommend this hotel for all travelers visiting Charlotte. The staff is amazing and the rooms are just like a home away from home. I visit here 2-3 times a month. You will not be disappointed.
