Motel 6 Charlotte, NC - Northlake

I can't tell you what i would have like because of the staff. I had a booking, but when I got to the hotel there was a sign that said hotel booked. I called and a lady answered and said there's a sign to come to the side but there was no sign. I informed her what the sign said, and she said she wouldn't check me in because of my attitude. I didn't have an attitude just telling her what her sign said. I literally had been driving for four hours after car issues and had to go find me a new hotel. This is ridiculous.

Room smelled like cigarettes and body odor

Jason at the front desk helped change my room then located a fridge and microwave. Angelo promptly fixed a clogged sink. I Did Not like that I had to change rooms from a king to two standard beds because the facility did not honor what is posted or advertised with no fridge or microwave! The room I received had a clogged sink on check in. The staff was the best part about this location.

Nothing Ants in the bed. Supposed to be a non-smoking room and it smelled like a cigar.

Location. key didn’t work. Had to go see manager and she gave me another key that didn’t work! Place was dirty, toilet was 10” off floor, seems that there were permanent residents there and cost $30 more than I usually pay! Remote was broken, no menu guide of tv channels, never going back!

It was clean and smoking rooms Wifi don't connect to certain devices and cable was garbarge

The floor wasn't mopped and the bed wasn't changed

The office staff was very friendly amd so we're the housekeepers.

Wi-Fi is kinda weak

my room smell like smoke there were numerous dogs that kept barking the floors were dirty guests were loud going up and down the steps the ice machine was in the back of the building and there is no light fixtures the only reason why I did not complain is because of the price for 5 days My housekeeper was great she came by every single day and asked that I need anything she was very attentive and that's what saved my stay Innovation there is no refrigerator or microwave in the room they offered me to upgrade to Motel 6 Studio but it was a significant up charge but with no continental breakfast

My room met my needs. Staff was generally very helpful. Particularly Cynthia and Tara. The trash bin at the dog park was full to over-flowing the three days I stayed even though I mentioned it to staff daily. Someone vomited at the bottom of the stairwell outside my a couple of doors down from my room. When I brought to staff's attention he said he was it, but it was still there two days later.

Housekeepers are very helpful no complaints Clean room,service anytime needed

room appeared clean and bed was comfortable I didn't like not having a fridge or microwave or clear place to get ice - and there wasn't any shampoo or conditioner and I didn't bring any
