Located near restaurants and Starbucks along with Waffle House right across the parking lot. Everything was good. I wish the directions were clearer.

Location is not far from downtown. The AC in the room was extremely loud and noisy. We were charged additional reservation fee. We already paid property service charge with the booking. Not clear why we are charged extra.

The property needs a heavy cleaning and repair. The room had a smell, fixtures rusty, breakfast was terrible. Employees were ok, but hotel looks and feels old and needs a “fresh coat of paint”.

The manager was running front desk when we checked in around 10PM. He was absolutely wonderful!! Will definitely stay again my next trip to Charlotte!!!!
