Friendly staff and clean, but some noticeable drawbacks The staff at Sleep Inn Northlake were incredibly friendly and the property itself was kept very clean. However, there was a weird smell both when walking into the building and inside the room. Additionally, the bed was uncomfortable, which detracted from the overall stay.

Nothing good to say about this place
-
Few options for breakfast. Location was good THE LOCATION WAS GOOD BUT GETTING IN AND OUT WAS TRICKY WITH THE TRAFFIC.
-
The receptionist was great. It’s located in a convenient area you have the grocery store, restaurants and near the interstate
-
Close to where we had a business meeting. Ghetto slum spot. Homeless around the area. Sketchy cars always in the parking lot. Rooms smell musty. Place is a dump.

The hotel was very clean and the staff were so friendly.
-
Very good overall, just need to tell folks in the parking lot to turn the music down.

The location and staff were nice. Breakfast was probably the worst I have ever encountered. We were there a full week and only went to breakfast twice because they only had sausage and eggs and it didn’t taste good. Fruit was only bruised apples no flavor and runny waffle mix. Pool is super small and carports are old. Beds were not comfortable.

Room was very clean and nice. Staff was very friendly. Looked to be people living in their car in the parking lot in cars. Lots of trash around the outside with possiboe homeless people.
