The bed was noticeably sagging and uncomfortable, and the room and overall property are in serious need of updating. Additionally, breakfast costs more than $20 per person, and there is a $10 nightly parking fee, which felt excessive given the overall quality of the stay. Overall, I did not feel that the experience was worth the price, and I would not recommend this hotel, particularly to someone traveling alone.

Great location, good amenities and clean room!

Dealing with the front desk over the phone was also enormously difficult. No one answers the phone. In person they are not very professional and were having personal conversations and yelling across the room at each other.

It has nice decorations and the front desk was very friendly, but I am disappointed at how poorly they keep this property. The ground outside the pool has a lot of moss. The glass by the breakfast cafeteria hasn't been cleaned in a while. The water in the pool didn't look very clear either, so I didn't feel comfortable using it. And the breakfast wasn't very good either. I don't think it's a 4 stars hotel.

The location is in a great area with lots of restaurants etc. We were not impressed with the bathrooms being so tight as well as the plumbing backing up in the drain. We experienced standing water in the tub every time we showered and a lot of it at that. The tv constantly aired an error message and it wasn’t possible to view a show without some sort of disturbance. We did see spiders in the bathroom and the bathroom door did not open fully due to the shower curtain rod being so close to it. Last but not least the front door was very hard to close. We had to use some force when doing so, and that resulted in it making a loud banging sound every time.

Staff was friendly and the lobby was clean. The breakfast was actually great. The rooms unfortunately did not match the rest of the experience. Bedding was clean and very comfortable. Older carpet, popcorn ceiling, small dated bathroom with very dated plumbing fixtures/finishes. Shower in particular was something that you don't feel comfortable touching. Curtain rod was partially broken from the wall which caused it to remain open 8-10 inches on both ends. It let the cool air in and the scalding hot water out onto the floor. The state park I was camping at actually had a comparable bathroom if not better. I would likely opt for a different hotel if I was in the area even though the rate was solid for a late night booking.

Worst Hilton property I’ve ever booked. Rude, unprofessional staff. Unsanitary rooms with hair and debris all over the bathroom at check-in

Super friendly staff offered a warm cookie at check in! I had asked about a shuttle to the airport and they generously took me at midnight due to a delay, to the airport and back with the best driver. We had full use of the pool as long as we wanted which was a first and great room with a how shower. I cannot rave enough about how convenient it was to have a Walmart next door.

While the hotel was very clean and upscale in the lobby and pool areas, our room was rather cramped and dirty in some aspects. The restaurant, Root 29, was excellent, however, we did not find the meal splendid enough to offset the poor lodging area. Firstly, our bed sheets had blood stains which greatly diminished our sleeping experience. Secondly, our bathroom was ridiculously tight and the walls even seemed to be a bit dirty from our vantage point. Overall, it was an average hotel with much available growth in room quality.

Refused to stay in this place

However, the guest room was underwhelming. The décor felt outdated and reminded me of an older upscale Sheraton that had not been renovated in quite some time. Although I believe the room had been cleaned, it still had a worn appearance that made it feel less fresh and comfortable than expected. I was also disappointed that hotel guests were required to pay for parking. Considering the cost of the stay, an additional parking fee felt unreasonable. Overall, the location and amenities were convenient, but the room itself did not match the beauty of the rest of the property. I would give this hotel 3 out of 5 stars. ed. It felt like a fancy old

Nice atmosphere but close to everything

Bathrooms need an upgrade. Old stained tile. No plastic trash container liners for easy disposal. Only Average overall cleanliness.
