Super 8 by Wyndham Chaska

Went to our 1st room beds didn't have sheets only mattress pads, bathoom had not been cleaned, lifted the seat on the toilet it was full of pee and had hair on the rim, shower still had a bar of soap in it, exposed electrical wires in bathroom, no outlet covers 2nd Room shower curtain was dirty sink was pulling away from the wall, in the hall ways they had wire in PVC pipe and not conduet pipes put in a complaint asked for a refund and was refused and left and went to a different hotel.

This was the grossed place I've ever been in. It smelled awful. There was dust everywhere. The AC smelt of mold. There was weird stains on the bed. A big hole in the wall. Genuinely the worst hotel I have ever stepped for in. I booked a different place almost immediately. Do not book this place.

There was absolutely nothing about this motel that is worth praising. In all the motels I've stayed in this one was truly the most disgusting and unkempt ever. The dresser and nightstand were both broken. No smoke alarm, toilet was loss as well as the seat. Poop smears on the bathroom wall, the sink was broken, the exhaust fan cover was just hanging there, the microwave was so rusty inside I didn't use in fear of starting a fire and the door of the microwave was damaged. The door lock was broken, the screen in the window looked like someone tried prying it out and was all bent. The list goes on and on. I do not ever recommend even pulling into the parking lot. When we did pull in there was like 6 guys just sitting on the steps in the entry way sitting down sharing a case of beer. So very disappointed in this motel

The room was very dirty. Carpet was not vacuumed for what looks like quite sometime, there was what looked like blood on the toilet seat. It looks like this hotel is used to help people get back on their feet, but there were people actively using in the parking lot. The positive is the two staff members that work there were very kind.

This place was DISGUSTING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And that is putting it nicely. The place is a total DUMP!!! There was white hair all over the floor by the bed, it stunk like something died. When we walked in, my husband turned to me and said we cannot stay here, then my asthma started up. Because we had our luggage, I asked my husband to look at the bed for bedbugs. The sheet had black like tar all over, the mattress pad had like spaghetti sauce all over it. along with many, many, many stains. Pillows and their cases had stains. The mattress was so BAD!!! It had urine and poop stains all over and down the side, the TV stand (what used to be) had holes all over the sides, the sofa was maybe from the 70's, the microwave was yellow because of its age. We did not check the bathroom. We left.......never again.

All drawers in the room were broken and ajar. AC didn't work and there were boards on the wall missing. Carpets were filthy

Oh, the towels and linens were stained.

Room was filthy. Water seeping up from the floor. Mold smell in room and visible in bathroom. Immediately asked for a different room. They only could give us a room on second floor, and without an elevator, we were unable to stay. Refused to give money back. Terrible.

Property was brutal. Pulled in parking lot and property looked nothing like photos online. Run down, broken windows, screens popped out. As we are sitting in car an employee was dragging a mattress, on ground, and through the front door. That was the final straw. Front desk said to put in request for refund in email then denied it.

The bed bugs

most disgusting hotel I have ever seen, junk all over the place outside, windows open with clothes hanging out the window. the property has not been well maintained. the people walking in and out looked pretty shady. we did not stay there it looked so bad.

There were no locks on the door, stains on sheets, air conditioner hanging half off the wall, bathroom was also dirty.

Clean the building period. Woman passed out outside. Room air conditioner was terrible.

This is a very old property. Staff was very friendly.

Do not plan on eating the breakfast as it consisted of a bunch of bananas and some snacks. Make sure to bring your soaps and shampoos we did not have any soap in the bathroom and you need to plug in the AC when you get to your room. Only the main entrance was usable the side entrance had not handle on the door.

It was nothing like photos on internet. Met a sheriff at front door after checking in. She said she wouldn't stay there. Trash and old furniture by building. Looked ran down. I didn't stay there. Didn't fell safe at all.

Great got upgraded to a better room

Room was dirty. Bugs. Used towel in bathroom. Lighting fixtures torn out of ceiling. Holes in walls. Flooring was coming up. Front desk lady said if someone knocks on your door besides me don’t answer. Not safe. We didn’t stay and they refused a refund. We were in room for 5 minutes and knew we didn’t feel safe staying. Totally gross!
