The front desk clerk was wonderful, very helpful. The breakfasts and the ladies preparing it were super! We had two full bathrooms We had no housekeeping services the entire stay, though we had requested the service. No trash emptied, we had to take the bags out. The advertised pool was empty and dirty. No microwave was in the room , it was in the description. One was brought to the room on Saturday.

The pictures of the hotel on the web is a stark contrast from what the hotel when you get there. It is older and looks very different when you get there. My thoughts at first was that I was in the wrong hotel. Pictures should be more realistic so guest can decide whether they like what they see.

The Hotel was nothing like the pictures, very run down. The property was dirty, very very out dated! We rented 2 rooms, one of the room had 4 or 5 tiles fall off the wall in the shower while we were using it, also that tub did NOT drain! We then had to move rooms to the other side of the hotel. The new room was supposed to be clean but there was pieces of meat all over the floor, also that tube did NOT dain at all! The AC in the new room did NOT work! There was pealing paint on the bathroom ceiling in the other bathroom, and black mold around the tub that u could see through the paint that they tried to cover up. The TV remote was outdated and hard to figure out, also the TV channels were limited. The pool was also shut down which was not made clear on the booking sight! Not being able to swim was a huge disappointment! We also had a terrible time getting clean towels, there were none ever available which ment we had to use our towels that we brought to swim. This experience with this Hotel has made me not want to book through Expedia ever again!

Didn’t like the fact that they took the coffee machines out of Tyron’s. But they had it in the lobby with a breakfast setup.
