Quality Inn Near Walden Galleria Mall

Breakfast had cereal, flavored waffles, fruits, and egg sausage sandwiches. All day coffee tea and juice. We were very pleased with this.

It was fine but should have been lower price for the mediocre quality. Carpets very worn and stained. Noise from upstairs and outside. Breakfast and coffee really subpar. Even the hallway vending machine was practically empty. On the bright side, the bathroom was immaculate and the beds comfortable. We slept, got up and left.

The property was very clean and the staff was friendly. The bedding could be a little more updated. I will probably stay there again.

Nicely maintained place. Good for a short stay. Conveniently located.

Pool was closed and the room was clean but smelled funny. Breakfast was good, waffle machine and Jimmy Dean croissant sandwiches plus the standard continental offerings. Overall, not terrible but could have been better for the price.

The receptionist was in a negative attitude for no reason when I checked in. Did not show his professionalism.

Everything abour our room was fine. Staff was great. They gave my wife written directions to several places she wanted to go. Room was fine and clean but several big stains on the carpet. We would definately stay there again.

It would have been great to have other items for breakfast such as eggs, bacon, sausage, and hash browns.

Disappointing experience. Not anywhere near Galleria mall, room was dark and seemed dirty, tv small, no remote control. Pool closed. Terrible

Our room showed signs of significant water damage at some point, as well as carpet peeling uo near the wall. The drain in the sink was clogged and drained slowly. We didn't notice until late, so we did not inform staff until check-out. Many amenities were out of order - pool and guest laundry that we had signs. We did nit need them, but it would be an inconvenience for guests that wanted to use them. Breakfast was OK but limited - cereal, waffles, muffins / toast, yogurt, apples, oranges. We arrived for breakfast around 8:30 and the remaining options were mostly cereal and waffles. Overall, it served the purpose of a safe place to sleep with free parking and breakfast.

The hotel was clean and the staff good

Rooms are big and adequate space, pool was out of service as well as laundry. Staff was great and very attentive. Breakfast selection was lacking any protein or fruits
