When asked about the room, they did graciously move is to another room that was better... at least the door would shut.

Carpet wore out. Shower rod falling off. Toilet leaking. Broken toilet seat.

Not clean. Carpet stained and worn out. Shower and toilet dirty and leaked. Shower curtain rod loose.

*I eventually, asked for fresh linens and fresh towels, bags for the trash cans and cleaned the room myself. 8 people checking in had similar complaints. Front desk contacted manager, Heather B. Who agreed to give me the next day's stay as complimentary.

First room they put me in was smoking. I booked non smoking. Second room was unclean with hair in the shower and Black things smeared on the walls. After my 1 year old found a beer can tucked under a pillow we decided to just leave the property.

It was horrible because when we got there. They said we never booked even though we showed them our confirmation number.

absolutely nothing The staff booked my room around. They put me in a non-smoking room. I asked for smoking room they wouldn’t give me my hundred dollar deposit back. They was very rude and ghetto and disrespectful. The room smelled like mold the toilet did not work.

Paint peeling from the ceiling. Toilet took forever to refill after flushing, and the ceiling fan in the bathroom sounded like a jackhammer!

We had a king room with handicap accessible, they had a chair for the shower already in the bathroom. The bed was very comfortable and the ac kept the room very cold we had to turn it down.

Staff needs to make sure that the parking lot is used for guests only. Had multiple groups hanging out in lot between buildings, smoking and drinking. Felt unsafe at night.

They had bugs. The staff did not seem qualified. The pictures of this hotel is not a fair representation of accuracy. Overpriced. The staff were very friendly though.

Sheets were clean bathroom was clean that is the only reason I stayed Floors are disgusting, shower curtian is gross, first room ceiling plaster was falling onto the beds. Huge roaches in room at night. Will happily drive extra 30 minutes next time
