We enjoyed our stay w/ family

Room was great. POOL was not available on a day when it was 100. Front desk was not helpful. Tried to switch my suite to one with a tub. There were only about 8 rooms occupied in the whole hotel. That wasn't able to happen either. Restaurant was good. Waitress and restaurant manager very polite. Breakfast was bland supermarket fair.

The hotel was nice for the area. The restaurant Dizzys located inside the hotel was not operating. The attendant at the check in counter could not sell alcohol from the selection presented in the cooler because she did not have a license to do so. The cleaning staff was awfully rude and not helpful at all. The ac in our room 228 did not cool and ran continuously. The shower looked unclean. Thank goodness we were only spending one night. To top it off the hotel was trying to charge $6 for parking in an open parking lot when there was plenty of street side parking.

The staff were truly amazing and helpful as always. I truly enjoyed my stay and will definitely come back.

The room was clean and comfy. We enjoyed our stay. They had a shortage of wash cloths and towels. When we asked for extra towels they only had one to spare and then the next day they didn't have extra wash cloths. I also believe the pool should stay open later than 8pm.

It was awesome

The pool closed so early (7 or 8) and opened so late (10am) that we didn’t even get to use it. Breakfast was sparse. The only protein was boiled eggs. (Normally a complimentary breakfast has scrambled eggs or little omelets). No orange juice or cranberry. The only choices were lemonade (not really a juice) and apple.

The staff were very friendly and helpful and the facility was very nice. I double booked my room by accident and when I canceled one of the bookings it took them 8 days to tell me it was non refundable. 4 night stay from 5/11 to 5/15 cost me $1616.78 for one person, they are very unprofessional and has lost all my business and my companies also.

It's a very nice hotel. The breakfast didnt have many choices but it did the trick. I would stay there again if im in the area.

Clean and big rooms. Good location.

The room was clean and spacious. Plenty of parking - but they do charge $6 - which isn’t horrible just a little odd for the location and type of parking. Would definitely stay here again.
