Cheraw is a small southern town we were greeted with the warm hospitality The staff was very professional. The room was very clean. We arrived a little before check-in time and was permitted to check in. We were so grateful that we were our event started early and we did not have to run back to check in thank you thank you thank you for being so caring everyone we know coming that way we will definitely talk about Springhill Marriott

The best property hotel in Cheraw. Very neatly kept, seems like it was recently opened or it is just well maintained. Very comfortable rooms, nice clean and ample bathroom, and very comfy matress and pillows! Breakfast can improve adding more egg preparations; egg bites, hard boiled, etc. Didn’t like the $6 parking charge; don’t think it’s necessary as it’s not an enclosed area.

Always a great stay. Did have a hiccup upon check-in (Hotels.com Issue) but the hotel manager was able to get everything resolved.

The stay was excellent, and I appreciated the room. A late checkout wasn’t possible because the staff noted too many guests departing simultaneously. Otherwise, the hotel was great, with a comfortable bed and a newly opened restaurant where food and drinks were good. I would stay again.

The room was very clean. I did not like that the bed was so low to the floor as it felt like I was sleeping on the floor. The electric blinds were broke so we couldn’t lower them to darken the room. The shower leaked like a pond into the bathroom if you used the detachable shower head. The bar a grill I found two fruit flys in the bottom of my whiskey near. Breakfast bar they didn’t keep stocked so very limited on what you could eat

The staff was wonderful. The breakfast bar menu was nice and awesome. Also they had a bar where you can come go in at eight in the evening time to eat dinner purchase any type of drink you’ll like to have for that evening and it was so wonderful for atmosphere. I enjoyed it.

We stayed overnight traveling to Myrtle Beach. We checked in and the front desk staff was a very nice and helpful young man. The next morning was had breakfast which was fantastic, kept up by Lavonia and Sonya. Our stay was one of the best for a last minute stop. Thank you for a great night!

We enjoyed our stay w/ family

Room was great. POOL was not available on a day when it was 100. Front desk was not helpful. Tried to switch my suite to one with a tub. There were only about 8 rooms occupied in the whole hotel. That wasn't able to happen either. Restaurant was good. Waitress and restaurant manager very polite. Breakfast was bland supermarket fair.
