Best Western Plus Philadelphia Airport S. At Widener Univ.

The staff was great here we truly enjoyed our time from check in to check out.

The staff was incredible. Super friendly

By far, this is the worse experience I’ve had ever. The room/hotel smells very bad. The access card to the room stopped working every time I go out, I have to go to the front desk to reprogram the card. The furnitures look very old and fatigued.

Staff was kind.

Offer $50. It should’ve been complimentary.

Close to my daughters University. Convenient, with parking.

Budget friendly, but the room was missing a hairdryer and an iron (although it had an ironing board!).

Rooms are very old, not maintained, we found used water bottles in floors,

Room was spacious & very clean (it even smelled fresh throughout)on the walk in. Even better than the pictures actually. The front desk staff are exceptional, as well as the Host in the dinning area where we ate breakfast (wish I had gotten her name), she was very polite, well mannered & made sure we had everything we needed. The complimentary breakfast was pretty decent if I must say so myself. Eggs were scrambled good & had a good seasoned taste to them, sausage & home fries were on point as well. They even have waffle batter & a station where you can make your own mini waffles...nice touch. Different types of coffee from latte to cappuccino & even had hot chocolate & tea as well. I will certainly stay here again the next time I go to Philly. Location was very convenient also. Less than 20 min from most of the famous cheese steak places, rocky statue, Eastern state penitentiary & the liberty bell (tourist attractions). This was a great choice & will be yours as well, when you visit! Cheers!

Tv didn’t work properly, also big stain on bed .

Could have been a little cleaner. Other than that it was good.

On our last day she even offer to wrap my piece of cake after I just placed it in a napkin. She said you don't want crumbs all over yourself! One kid missed the waffle station after waiting for a while and it was just about 10am closing time she said sorry the machine was empty but she went and made him a waffle! I overheard the dad saying she was so nice that's why I figured we could ask her! He didn't want his son to miss out..and Ocean made it happen. The son was very appreciative! Ocean is definitely in the right job. SHE knows how make people comfortable and zips around fast doing so.😊

We didn’t even check in, rodent traps sitting inside and outside. Place was filthy, bug traps sitting around, not in nice area

Nice staff. If there are any issues with the room, bring them to their attention, and they will try to fix them or give you an upgrade.

Friendly staff and clean room. They provide ironing boards, but you have to request an iron, and the parking lot is busy.
