Not a nice place at all

Convenience and free shuttle to the airport were a plus.

The Staff was either helpful or couldn’t be found, there were little parking options available and when I asked for supplemental areas, the staff that I did find told me that I was free to park at the “lot behind the property”; which was a lot that had NO LIGHTING AT NIGHT, and had a sign declaring that “unauthorized vehicles would be towed”. Didn’t want to deal with that so I parked on the side of the building each night, banking my car would still be there. My TV in my room didn’t work and despite being told someone would come help correct and connect it for me, this never occurred during my short stay.

immediately is totally unacceptable after the occupant had been there for 4 nights already. There was a miscommunication. And that is NO WAY to handle the problem.

Everything was great, we had a very good stay.

Terrible smells all throughout the hotel. Bathroom was very unclean and worried me about taking a shower. The hot water was not hot. The room smelled badly and the halls also smelled awful. The toilets in the lobby was completely unclean and had feces on the toilet. Housekeeping kept trying to open my door despite me telling them to stop. They literally banged on my door and opened it without stopping. They argued with me about coming in to take my bedding- all this while I was in the shower. I had to exit the shower and stand there shouting to stop. Terrible experience. They could have cleaned everything about more and used proper disinfectants as well as cleaned they rugs in the halls. Everything was filthy. Was not worth. Early 200 dollars

The employees were friendly, but my room was not exactly up to standards. There was a hole at the bottom of the bathroom door the door now to the bathroom was broken. the shampoo holder was broken the toilet was wobbly. The TV kept losing signal on and off. The room maintenance wasn't very professional, but they were friendly. The breakfast was okay. The bed was hard. And even though they have a parking lot, I could never find parking near the hotel. I would always end up parking my car almost half a block away.

The staff was really helpful and the rooms was clean. The breakfast was good I did wish that they did it longer than 9:00 am

Air conditioning wasn’t working properly also AC not maintained well was making a loud noise throughout the evening . Cause of this we couldn’t sleep . You can hear everything outside . It was like our window was open

They don’t change the sheets at all

We were asked to leave by a large group and waved off the shuttle by the driver. Went to the front desk and were treated poorly. Driver denied waving us off and denied doing this to front desk clerk. Manager refused to come out of office to talk to us and clerk refused to call a taxi. We paid for Uber to catch our flight. This was the worst hotel experience we have had in many years of travel! Not only did the shuttle not service us, the bathroom was disgusting. We had to ask for our table to be wiped off at breakfast. We didn't expect 4 stars, but we can't even give this place 1 star. Got a message from the hotel through Expedia asking us to call if we were not satisfied with our stay. They were trying to avoid a bad review. Too late. You deserve to know what to expect. Should have talked to us when we asked!

The internet was very weak or non-existent. The TV worked but I could never access Fox News.

There was no tv service in my room and the property manager essentially said if I don't like it I can leave.

Front desk lady was rude. But other hotel staff was wonderful. Our shuttle gal was probably the best interaction on the whole trip. Found a little cockroach buddy one day and weird stains. Breakfast was what you'd expect for the price you pay.

The room smelled, floors were sticky and the gym was closed even though the woman on staff rudely told us it would open “later”. (It never did.)
