Best Western Plus Philadelphia Airport S. At Widener Univ.

Nothing - it doesn’t exist The fact that booking.com accepted a reservation for a property that doesn’t exist.

Nothing The property was closed when we got there and no one told us about it. I want my money back.

The hotel has a great location near the Parking Spot and PHL Airport. The beds were very comfortable, and the staff were friendly, professional, and helpful throughout my stay. I felt that the room could have used a few more towels and additional soap. Other than that, I had a comfortable stay.

Then staff at front desk were friendly and polite. Sheets looked as if they were not changed. Very disappointing as I have stayed at a Best Western before.

The staff is exceptional!! The women working the desk in the morning and evening were efficient, informative, and so very pleasant. The woman in charge of the breakfast took very good care of everyone which was just lovely because I was very tired after two long days. This hotel staff ranks in my top 5 out of my many years of travel!

The breakfast was good and the staff were very friendly. It was very close to the airport and where the graduation was held that we attended. I don't have any complaints.

The price is affordable. The rooms are not cleaned very well—there is a lot of dust and traces left by previous guests. The breakfast is completely tasteless.

Shout out to Ms Ocean No cell phone charging ports. I usually see in hotels and needed to leave a $100 refundable deposit (was refunded quickly).

Every single member of the staff was so accommodating and very kind! I was very shocked at how much they waited on us hand and foot. I don’t think I’ve ever had that experience at Best Western hotel before. This should be recognized! Hard to find these days

room clean not really at the aiport. hsower pressure is nothing more than gravity - so slow. parkign lot is odd behind the hotel with no front drop of.

The staff was amazing! So friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. Right next door to a restaurant UNO, which was convenient. Very clean. The fridge wasn't cold.

the room was comfortable and there was breakfast so I did not have to search locally. The shower had a black stain not sure what it was but I avoided contact to be safe.

The lady that checked us in was extremely professional. The walk to and from the parking lot. It’s an alley with homeless people and their belongings all over the place. I woke up to SCREAMS from my guest due to a BEDBUG crawling on her face and pillow. The outlets didn’t work to charge phones. So no charged phones!!! When I spoke to the manager she was nonchalant and didn’t act in an urgency manner. When I showed her the video, her reaction was as if this is a common issue. I am extremely disappointed in this stay. I WILL NEVER STAY AT A BEST WESTERN AGAIN!!!
