Bed was comfortable Not senior citizen friendly! Toilet too low difficult getting down and up. Shower area dangerous with NO grab bars to hold on to and tub diverter valve not working so difficult to get proper water flow from shower head.was good

Nice room and a very convenient area for food and entertainment plus shopping.

Room was pretty clean. The bathroom could have been cleaner. We did not get the room that we booked which wasn’t the end of the world but our toddler sleeps with us so my husband had to sleep in the second bed since we didn’t get the king we reserved. The staff was very nice and very apologetic. I understand things happen. Seemed like the room we reserved had not been cleaned which is why we were provided different accommodations. I appreciate that they still offered other accommodations.

We never got to stay at the hotel. I expect a full refund!!!!

I had booked a room through expedia. We arrived to check in and were told that they didn't have our room available to us. But were able to accommodate by giving us 2 rooms. The rooms were so clean. Staff was super friendly. Will be coming back next year.

Everything was clean and service was nice. Check out being at noon is GREAT for people w bigger families The breakfast. Bacon is way too greasy and salty.

What we enjoyed the most were the mattress es. The hotel itself was very clean and well maintained. The hotel was mostly booked every night we stayed and the noise lever was very minimal. I would definitely recommend and would stay there again.

No handle rails in tub. Slippery tub. Bathroom tiles in floor sticking up

This hotel got the job done for an overnight stay after the Richmond race before my drive back to Charlotte. The staff was able to accommodate a slightly early check-in for me to drop my personal items off before going to the race track. The room was clean, bed was comfortable and the pressure in the shower was great. Breakfast had a nice selection of items before I hit the road. I would certainly stay here again when in Richmond.

AC worked well. Bed was good. Breakfast was ok - had varieties but quality wasn’t great.
