The hotel is convenient to the airport and one of the least expensive options. However, it is old and tired. We stayed two nights, one at the start and one at the end of our trip. The room floors are tiled, not carpeted, which is fine for the contractor groups that seem to be their regular customer base. The rooms smell, which my wife and I thought might be disinfectant or bug spray. I would not sit on the brown room couches. The breakfast, however, was included and not bad. All in all, I wouldn't rate the hotel too badly, certainly not for the price, but it's not a place I'd look forward to going back to.

Hotel wasn’t the cleanest, but our room was pretty good. Air conditioning worked great, shower was good, bed was comfy. Breakfast was great. All the staff was very nice. The “on site” restaurant is actually down at the bottom of parking lot. Didn’t look that great from the outside but the food was delicious. We only stayed for one night, but it was well worth the price. And free self parking was a plus. We would definitely stay again.

Clean room, free parking, continental breakfast, clean pool. Helpful staff. Work is still being done.

The female staff were very helpful and attentive. Housekeeping could use more attention as well as communication

The elevator is small; do people need to go up in several trips if there is a large group?

Wonderful stay. Breakfast good. Helpful, friendly staff

The hotel wasn’t very clean. They should let us know that they are renovating so we know that everything in a mess H why it wasn’t very clean. The room wasn’t clean. The hotel wasn’t clean and wasn’t clean.

The room was clean, but the bathroom is pretty old. Hence, I guess that’s why they’re remodeling. We did have to walk to other building a long ways to get to our room or the option to walk outside and around to get to the other building with luggage. Staff was friendly. The elevator was super small. Glad we didn’t have a lot of luggage. You can tell the hotel is very outdated.

Large clean fresh rooms With Working Air conditioning Staff was awesome from the from desk to the house keepers to the ladies that work breakfast in the morning smiling and friendly. Breakfast was. Great something different everyday good variety of items plenty parking. Elevator just small But I recommend and will stay again

Terrible experience. I was informed of a $50 incidental fee for the room which was no problem but they went ahead and charged my card an additional $294 on top of the $344 for the room. A week later and both charges are still pending and now the hotel is acting like they have no idea what I’m talking about. Dishonest hotel. Would never stay again.

The room smelled bad and looked gross.

Do not stay here, it’s dirty. They’re doing a half ass renovation by simply painting over dirt. There’s a humidifier in the hallway and in the room. The door to the room doesn’t fully reach the floor, which is probably one of the reasons why the room stayed hot. I actually left after seeing the room I couldn’t stay there. It felt like you were inside of a room that had a shower constantly running, causing moisture to sit in the air. The air conditioner was broke. The vents was full of dirt and dust. You can tell that it’s not being properly cleaned. There’s dirt on the light switches. The only thing that might have been clean was the sheets on the bed. Everything else was nasty!!

there is only one elevator in the hotel and it is tiny so often times I just took the stairs. people were waiting forever for it. some people had to just put their luggage in the elevator and then take the stairs up theirselves and then meet their luggage when they got off. My room did not have a nightstand on both sides of the bed so I had to put my cell phone, water, and glasses on the bare floor. as I was in the parking lot walking to my car to leave, there was a used condom in the parking lot. Not even over to the side but in my walking path to my car in the parking lot. I really should be refunded for this. Smh.

The staff went above beyond to help us with anything we needed. Friendly and great customer service. I really enjoyed staying at the hotel.

Bathroom tub wouldn’t drain water, showered and water never went down. Says there was food there but there wasn’t

Did not have any bad experience, everything was clean pool included and you don't have to pay for parking

I am really big on my hotel room being cleaner than my home… but this hotel fell short of that expectation. We stayed on the level one and the room we stayed in was like an old basement apartment. The door hinges were rusted, there were cracks in the shower wall, centipedes in the bathroom, broken light fixtures, super dim lights, a huge white tacky looking fridge, and poor paint job. The painters literally painted over the outlets. For 250$ I don’t expect the Ritz but I did expect to feel comfortable in the suite…
