Pros: Excellent, friendly, and helpful staff. Great location with easy access into DC. Close to fast food and Walmart for quick convenience. Free breakfast included (a bit limited, but fine for a quick bite). Cons: Hidden mandatory fee: They charge a $5 per night parking fee even if you don't bring a car, despite advertising "parking included." The daily fee policy feels misleading if you aren't parking.

Pool was closed and didn’t state that in the add before purchasing. AC was also not working very well

The room had not also a trash can and receptionist just gave me couple of bags to collect the garbage. the shower was not also proper for tall people.

Be cautious with the charges, they charge my credit card for 3 nights stay x2. Always ask for receipt and check your bank account.

Overall the staff was helpful, the room was clean and there was an abundance of restaurants near by.

Loved this stay for Warped Tour at RFK Stadium! Room was very clean and beds were comfortable. Parking lot felt safe and loved that it was free. Free breakfast was nice with different protein options each day. Very close to Walmart, Starbucks, and fast food options
