The room was not very clean. There was some dust and papers on the floor. Pillow cover was not cleaned had to replace with a fresh one.

The room is clean. Bed is decent. You can hear the footsteps above you, the room assigned to me, the ac is not working ( centralized ) blowing very little cold, room is hot, the have installed a space ac but it’s more like a fan. The bathroom has holes in the wall near the toilet, kinda not nice. Maybe a camera or something could be in. Fridge not cooling properly. Need to fix ac.

Cheap and free breakfast The hotel itself in general was dirty, the pool was closed and didn’t have enough towels to accommodate us.

Location just a stone throw away from DC. Within a few minutes drive to Metro Landover station for commuting to DC, without the hustle of finding a parking spot. Parking at thus station is free on weekends and only $3 daily during the week. GRACIOUSLY received at reception. Comfortable beds and rooms. Breakfast with plenty items

Elevator is small

Good breakfast Elevator was not working, causing everyone to use the stairs even with luggage and stairs doors were to noisy

The beds were comfortable, slept like a baby Property was on a hill, incline, I have a bad ankle harder to walk

Breakfast was good. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The teeny, tiny, slow elevator.

This was a good location off of the Internet right on our drive down to North Carolina. The room was fine. Beds were comfortable sheets were clean. Pressure and shower was OK. There are a few restaurants around and it wasn’t easy to go in and out out of the door. The door is very heavy and maybe need some fix.

The pool wasn’t open, the rooms are definitely not like the pictures neither is the hotel it’s self

The room was comfortable even though there was a portable cooler in there due to construction going on at the hotel. It was clean and the beds were okay. It was EXTREMELY loud in the morning I believe due to the other people staying in the hotel as the doors were banging closed very early. I realize that's not the hotel's fault. Perhaps adjusting the doors to close slowly or more softly could help. The elevator is super small which made getting a family of four with luggage into it a little difficult.

Breakfast is from 6:30 -9:30. They ran out of stuff pretty fast.

I stayed 2 nights and was not able to sample the breakfast offerings (I had to start my day before breakfast started). The staff was great, the price was reasonable, and the mattress was comfortable, but the pillows weren't to my liking... I like mine a little firmer). The room I had was on the 4th floor and the tub had a slow drain. Other than that, I was very happy with my stay.

Clean room, good customer service, good breakfast. Quite a distance to Metro and DC Capitol.

I was there for one night and it was good elevator was very very small and cramped I did not like that My least favorite part was the elevator it was too small
