Beds were made. Pillow was a real pillow, not a half sized pillow.

Loved the room. Did not like the checking. Clerk was too busy texting without acknowledging us. Scanned my cards, threw a door key our way, answered her phone, and said "welcome, the elevator is that way". Really felt very unwelcome. The problems she was having that day with staff should not have been a part of our experience.

We stayed at this property because it was near the family we were visiting. After checking in we noticed a sign in our room stating that the room would only be cleaned upon request. Nowhere in the hotel description or when checking in was this information given to us. Very disappointing. The entire property appeared poorly maintained and worn. There was a track of dried mud all the way up the stairs to the second floor that remained there for the 3 day duration of our stay. Next time we’ll stay at a property that has enough staff to clean the rooms daily and maintain the property.

Everything was great. Had a small problem with A/C but was quickly handled by curious staff.

I understand the concept of revamping an old apartment/hotel and making it nice. But when your room is not remodeled, has mold in the shower, smells like cigarettes, and the door to the bathroom is so busted up your kids are afraid the room is haunted there is a problem. This hotel looks nice in the photos but is a total bait and switch. No one ever even got back to me when I tried to reach out about the condition of the room. Take your money elsewhere.

The rooms were neglected: broken blinds and missing slats, a bedside alarm that went off and woke me at midnight, lamps that didn't work, a horrible scent pumped throughout the property, and finally -being checked into an occupied room. It was a lot to overcome in a one night stay.

Great location for the rodeo

Nice sized rooms, very close to fairgrounds, excellent value.

Well maintained property

The room was amazing and pretty clean, breakfast was nice too. I was travelling from Canada, what I didn’t like on how the receptionist at the checkin even after seeing my DL asked me which country I am from. Also the water dispenser was at the pool so you either pay for bottles and add to the plastic waste or go from the 3 floor to the pool at ground for a refill. I would still give 5 stars as we were spending only a night and the room was well clean and the breakfast was well stocked.

The room could have been cleaned more I noticed there were candy pieces on the floor from previous other than that it was a wonderful stay!!

Great experience with checking in. The floor in our room wasn't the cleanest but the hotel overall was a nice stay.

Nice property close to rodeo

Very nice location very nice room

Staff was not helpful with issues regarding noisy exterior door. We were given 2 rooms, one next to the lobby (noisy) and another next to an exit door (also noisy). The staff was unwilling to assist with the squeaky exterior door. I requested maintenance address the squeaking, but this never happened and the front desk staff was otherwise unhelpful and presented an attitude of indifference in assisting with these issues.

Nice rooms, super convenient to the rodeo fairgrounds.

Conveniently located to Frontier Days. Manager very helpful when we needed late afternoon services.

The worst part happened as we were doing a final check of the room before leaving to make sure we hadn't forgotten anything. We found a pair of dirty men's underwear hidden behind the pillow on the couch. It was just me (33F) and my teenage sister staying in the room, so finding that was incredibly unsettling. It immediately made us question how well the room had actually been cleaned. I mentioned it to the front desk when we checked out. I expected an apology and some acknowledgment that this was unacceptable. Instead, the employee's first response was to make excuses rather than apologize. That reaction was almost as disappointing as the condition of the room itself. Unfortunately, between the worn bedding, the questionable pool cleanliness, the obvious housekeeping failure, and the lack of a sincere response from staff, I can't recommend staying here.

Close to the rodeo! Less than 5 minutes! Food places were just a street away!

room was clean and comfortable for a quick overnight stay during travel. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast offered a variety of food to start the day. Would definitely stay again.
