I like it

Stairway hall was dirty, bathroom floor had dust and dirt in corners

Looks newer from outside. However the grounds are unkept and full of weeds. Pool was warm. Breakfast was good! Room was filthy. Beds did not have clean sheets on them. Tooth paste in sink, hair in shower. Filth in floor. We were changed into another room. It was also dirty. The attendant asked if I just wanted a refund. It was 7:39 pm. We had been driving since 5 :15 am. I told her I just wanted a clean room to sleep in. The desk attendant gave us sheets we could change our selves. But was very rude. When our cards were not working to enter poor or room I asked her if we had a problem. She stated that she had people waiting hours to check in earlier in the day because of Expedia. She apologized for her poor behavior. After the pool my granddaughter sat on her towel on the vinyl floor in our room waiting for her shower. She had squirmed around. Her towel was dark brown to black from the dirty floor. I prefer the vinyl to carpet but this was equally gross. They do not have extra pillows.

It was nice we like it would stay again

Immediately upon entering the building, it smelled nice. Our room smelled nice. Everything was clean. We appreciated finding such a nice place to stay with our two dogs.

But, why are the toilet paper holders a foot off the floor and 4 foot from the stool???

The worst hotel tv set up I’ve ever encountered! 2 sets of numbers, one set was a xx-1 or xx-2, etc. no way to straight to a channel and once you got a station the service regularly cut out for up to a minute at a time with poor reception. Not what you expect for a major chain hotel.

Staff was great

The room was excellent, although the television was a bit primitive. But we arrived at 7 PM, long past check in and at a time when most restaurants were closed or closing but one of our rooms was not yet ready.

The wind is consistently blowing in Cheyenne. Unfortunately, my window had a small leak and the noise of the wind blowing through it kept me awake.

Nothing! Stains on couch, A/C wasn't cooling. TV was awkwardly placed and it was loud!!! See above! And $193 booked months in advance for ONE night was horrible!

Great staff, breakfast was really good, cheese omelet, link and patty sausage, regular waffle iron as well as my favorite (4 small round). The room was cool and very spacious, bed was comfortable, with pillows that might be my favorite to date, very soft. This place will go on our "stay again" list for sure.
