The room was very clean, breakfast is amazing, the pool is a nice size, it was cozy and calm atmosphere, my kids and I had a great time.
-
First floor sucked you could hear every person walking by very clearly. Nice room, nice staff, convenient location but zero privacy. Only one door lock not two like a usual motel room. I ended up leaving and staying somewhere else.
-
better than i expected, very comfortable beds, clean, breakfast was awful but i assumed that going in so wasn’t disappointed and just stopped somewhere else on the road.

The room next to me had their TV playing at a loud volume ALL NIGHT LONG. Called down to the front desk, multiple times, and nothing was done. The TV was still playing loud when I left in the morning.
-
Only stayed one night but room cleaning services completely missed cleaning the shower. Used soap left in tray, long hair on floor of shower, and body soap dispenser was completely empty.

Location Dirty elevators. Dirty laundry in hallways most of the day

Room was very clean and comfortable. Front desk lady was rude and unhelpful, but that is atypical for this location. Hopefully next trip will have their helpful, pleasant staff.

First room assigned. Was not ready for guest. All trash was full, bed was stripped & bathroom was dirty. Transferred to another room. Second room assigned , bathroom was dirty , hair all over shower, sink & floors and hadn’t been cleaned & no toilet paper. Third room assigned was prepared for guest. But stains all over furniture & room smelt poorly. Front desk was extremely helpful & definitely disturbed at findings as even she stated these rooms showed ready for guest but obviously were not. Front desk was so kind and helpful but unfortunately the cleaning crew needs a tune up because it’s obvious there are not doing a good job . Even the hallways and elevator were disgustingly dirty with trash and nasty residue all over the walls , buttons & floor. Extremely disappointing for such and expensive cost & no refund was offered not even a discount.
