Fairfield Inn & Suites Cheyenne

My daughter and I were initially put in a room with a king bed when I had reserved a room with 2 queen beds. This was quickly and kindly fixed by the front desk person. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was great with plenty of room for everyone. Location was great.

Location. Pillows and no extra blanket in room.

Check in was quick and easy. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was a good selection of hot foods and muffins and fruit. A variety of juice, hot coffee and tea. We totally recommend this hotel.

Hotel was clean, but it does seem outdated. The carpet and wall colors were pretty bad. The floor in our room by the bathroom had a weird slope. Good shower pressure.

If you are planning to stay at this hotel .We went to wyoming for a softball tourneament my daughter had over there and we decides to get that hotel becuase it was the closest to the field we were playing at.When we got there it was so far good,but later on the day we caught them being rude to a family at the reception.There rooms were not clean,the floor was dirty and the shower too.When we came back home we found tiks in our clothes and all over our bags and suitcase.

THE ROOM I RESERVED WAS NOT AVAILABLE CAUSING ME TO RENT A SECOND ROOM AT A DIFFERENT HOTEL TO ACCOMODATE MY PARTY. PROPERTY IS NOT AS CLEAN AS IT COULD BE, STAFF NOT VERY HELPFUL.

Amenities were very good. Breakfast menu was great.

The Staff and breakfast. I would definitely recommend staying here. The location was great. Plenty of restaurants and shopping. The beds were very comfortable ?. There was nothing I didn’t like about the property.

I was missing body wash in my bathroom

Husband said it was fine.

Hotel is in need of major upgrades. Wallpaper in hallways is coming off. Lightening seems old, overall pretty dingy. Not worth the price for sure.

The beds are extremely comfortable, the showers are hot and everything is very clean! Breakfast was kept fresh and had good variety. The pool is freezing! The pumps weren't running to circulate the water. The room was warm... too warm, even with the air running.
